Title : Kirby & the Amazing Mirror, Kirby: Planet Robobot

Smash Kirby is a great copy ability based off of where I was introduced to the Kirby series: Super Smash Bros. (Okay, I was actually introduced to it in a flash fangame, but does it really matter? The copy ability is based off Smash Bros.) It is much more powerful than Kirby in Smash Bros., though, despite not having even close to his full moveset.

In 2004's Kirby & the Amazing Mirror was where this copy ability made its debut, and oh, what a joy it was. Six moves of ridiculous power (Hammer, midair hammer/Hammer Spin, Vulcan jab, at-the-time-unnamed neutral air attack, Final Cutter, and Stone), lovable by SSB fans (If I rembember correctly, it was to get people to buy SSBM), and it can do nearly everything! Cut ropes, pound stakes, and even somewhat be used underwater!

Then came Kirby's Dream Collection in 2012, a compilation of RTDL-style challenge stages, retro Kirby games, and Kirby's history. These challenge stages had Smash Kirby for... just two of them. Anyway, it added the Smash Kick, or Kirby's Side Smash, just with much longer range. Hammer could not pound stakes anymore due to the different way it was swung, which, fun fact, was the same way it was swung in Amazing Mirror, but Hammer Spin and Stone could still do it.

In 2016, or this year, Kirby: Planet Robobot gave us this bundle of joy once again, now named Smash Bros., with a few more tricks up its non-existent sleeve, specifically Air Drop from Ninja, Hammer Flip SSB4, and Team Kirby Clash-style, and SSB-style Shields, alongside the neutral air, or "Twinkle Star", making Kirby rise slightly, though not enough to actually fly with. He also now has both Ultra-giant swing and normal Giant swing. Was that in Dream Collection? I'm not sure.

It's ridiculously powerful, fun, and just plain awesome. Saying it wasn't my absolute favorite copy ability would be a lie. That's my opinion on Smash Bros. Kirby.
