Enemy Emulation RatingYour Rating Has Been Submitted! You popped in your opinions, and that's good. Every submission that you passed an opinion on has been dumped into the pool of other people's votes. Here, you can see where they finally stood plus some insight as to what I thought on it, or a snarky remark! The results are ordered by the Ability, the Rating, and Votes received, just so ya know. Trident: 60% (25) - "Hello, vague." "Hello, details." "Want some help?" "... Nah." Kinetic: 79% (24) - A creatively different approach to things. Toad: 38% (22) - Well, attacks jump up, bounce, and rocket, but nothing has Kirby jump on things for damage. Except large pets. Kine in a box! Tackle: 40% (20) - And then I got really tired. Crab: 69% (21) - For those who ever thought, "Sword is too versitle. I want less." Apple: 69% (56) - I like this ability pretty much because of the rider aspect and helper. And now, everyone will go and make a rip-off of it. Mace: 59% (46) - Mace twirling. That that's what I call a mace necessity. Mace: 67% (45) - It's a good, solid basis. I'm sure it could have a few details added to it. Snow: 73% (41) - It has utility and multifunctionl usage that's wholly plausible. Egg: 40% (53) - It seems like Stone or Metal with a projectile. Cloud: 40% (55) - This entry does not have an opinion yet... Zeus: 50% (57) - Hey, Cret does neither of those! Loud and Zoos do, however. Sand: 82% (65) - Now, the pillars are something that no existing ability comes close to doing, so this is fully credible. Ain't too shabby a design, either. Charge: 37% (54) - It reminds me a bit of a Missile/Burning fusion, Kirby plows through enemies but in any direction, but barely merits a distinction. Snowball: 71% (52) - It's actually a stand-out ability with versatile function. Prank: 61% (54) - There's plenty of abilities with a forward based attack that do more than this, and the peel isn't making up for that lack. Cloud: 43% (48) - C-coconuts? I know I normally say to adhere as close to the enemy as possible, but does "Cloud" really scream "explosive nuts"? Cloud: 64% (51) - I just don't see the worth in this ability. The added affects from Bubble or Ice more than make up for a bit of range. Then again, Bubble is just a better Fire that doesn't light fuse. Spin: 53% (50) - It's not a bad ability since it has negative effects, but as far as harmful abilities go, it's just not sensibly arranged. There's way too much to it for something people will avoid. Javelin: 52% (47) - Bomb or Angel seem to inferiorate this power, Scroll Upgrade aside, with bursts or triplicating. Bow: 49% (75) - So, it is admitted to be just like Angel/Cupid, pretty much without the wings or charging for, I guess, "power"? Bone: 34% (74) - Of all the "Bones", this had the least put into it. Yet, it still covers what was needed. Ax: 54% (72) - He goes out of the way to say what all the variations are but doesn't say much on what they are. Fossil: 58% (73) - The whole "bone head hurts stuff" concept is actually like Parasols "have it out" concept, so it isn't far fetched. It seems that it could use some limitation, however, as that close and constant of a shield is pretty overbearing. Life Drain: 50% (74) - It actually is the best I could imagine a life-giving ability could work. It still offers some offense, while limited to just sucking, and still offers something for when the ability doesn't want to be ditched. Also, the foe is Babut or Batty, not Flapper. Cake: 90% (93) - I think someone is aiming for my soft spot -- for Blopper and sweets. Prank: 28% (75) - This is the second Prank ability to get my hopes up. The concept is there, the details are absent. Club: 59% (69) - Short, well suited, and believable. Fish: 67% (65) - I like the concept, but the attacks are too loosely defined. Glide: 78% (68) - Hey, this one is actually interesting. It's like Coo and his Burning with some aim, but the owl won't be coming back, so score. Cannon: 73% (71) - It's about time someone realized there was an edible Shotzo for a Cannon ability. I can't tell you how many failed. Spear: 62% (66) - Violence and grammar aside, there is little given on how anything in the ability is done. Bone: 47% (63) - A distinct and useful ability, particularly with the bouncing bone. Spring: 65% (60) - So, it's much less than Ball? Teleport: 45% (70) - Vague! Bite: 42% (63) - It's main point seems to be latching on and chomping away, but that'd only come into use for bosses. So, by practicality, it's not too useful. Sand: 63% (79) - All extra information aside, the underlying ability is no good. "Turn invincible, attack, and remain invinicible". Stone can't do that; it's fully vulnerable between smashings. Kinda makes it too much. Club: 65% (61) - Simple and perfectly suited. Although, it does raise the question of its superiority over Hammer. I mean, same principles plus shot deflection? Spider: 67% (64) - The concept is nice, but how useful is entrapment when you pretty much kill your foes with a single blow, especically in Dream Land 3? I'd rather hit them with an actual damaging attack and get it over with right away. Dance: 43% (72) - It's a concept that grabs my interest, but then nothing is done with it. "Whacks everything"? A little more, please. Spear: 37% (66) - A quick, trajectory traveling projectile attack that charges and can have three out at once? Angel without wings, anyone? [Wizard?]: 56% (69) - Some weird submittal thing ate up some names, but, regardless, does this attack work at random or by charging? 'Cuz random outside of barrages equals unwieldly and undesireable for practical use. Anemone: 60% (67) - Climbing is worthless when you can fly, unless attacks launched at different angles then. Outside of that, the ability doesn't merit any desirable use, being more specialized than Hi-Jump, and it hinders him on top of that? Spring: 53% (66) - The design is nice but ultimately is just Ball. Shovel: 59% (62) - This a good adaptation of Doka's behavior with expanded use. All except for that "random rock" part, which just seems to stick out awkwardly. Archery: 38% (66) - You know what else gives Kirby the ability to shoot arrows? Angel, and that gets the added bonus of flight, aim, and multiplication. Speed: 37% (68) - Hmm, a dash forward at quick speed. Wait, isn't that Burning? Prank: 41% (65) - A good concept that is poorly explained. Dig: 44% (62) - It fulfills the minimum and doesn't go further than that. Bone: 40% (63) - The impossible command cipher aside, a Super Star fashion command set was made for a foe who does not appear in the game? Rage: 53% (66) - It comes across as impracticle, getting hurt to work, and impossible. How can he inhale and attack? Star: 70% (84) - It's a generic, stock example. What could I say on it? Thanks for participating. Keep coming back to vote on new entries as they arrive. There may be a free pie* in it for you! * Pie is imaginary and will be eaten by Bimblesnaff. |
