In the episode with the huge asteroid, I have a theory that the asteroid was actually planet Darkstar while in creation process.
Think about it...The series is before the games, the asteroid was too round to not be a planet, BIG FACT, Darkstar seems to be the only planet that moves without an orbit, so it crashes into Popstar in Kirby's Dreamland 3.
Plus in the same episode (part 2) Tokkori talks with Kirby and Kirby seems to be zoning out.
I have a feeling he was talking to the Star Warriors, he would have been with them if Dedede didn't build the playground and take Kirby there.
