Meta
Knight is one of the favorite Kirby characters of all time,
and is rumored to be related to Kirby because of his
unmasked look. But the TV show kinda screwed up Meta Knight
in a way. Sure, he's still the mysterious masked guy in the
games, but I don't remember anything mentioned about Meta
having a Spanish accent and actually HELPING
Kirby...anyways, if you've played Super Smash Bros. Melee
(Most of you have) you've probably gotten the Meta Knight
trophy. It's pretty nice looking, too. But it says Meta's
first appearance was in Kirby Super Star, which every Kirby
veteran knows isn't true. Meta Knight was the boss of Orange
Ocean in Kirby's Adventure, so Nintendo screwed up big time
there...but the trophy is still my favorite trophy,
visually.
Players who unlocked the Meta Nightmare mode in Kirby:
Nightmare in Dreamland by beating Extra mode with 100%
achieved the long time dream: Playable Meta Knight. The only
thing I don't enjoy about Meta Nightmare mode is that you
can't save...what's the fun in playing as Meta Knight if you
are forced to start a new file every time? That wasn't very
nice of HAL. All in all, Meta Knight is a cool, cool guy.
He's a legend to all Kirby fans and is insanely popular. But
still, what's with the accent in the TV show?
