While doing something, I found that Stone can also turn you into a gold HAL Laboratory Inc sign.

Another stone form huh? It must be another of the rare ones. I've only ever run into the Samus and Mario statues twice in all the years I've owned KSS.

But I've already gotten Samus twice in KSSU.

I have no reason to doubt this one.

Did Mike Kirby's 3rd singing sound that creepy in the original? When I first heard it I was all "WOAH KIRBY WHAT HAPPENED".

"CHESTOU~!!"

It's always been sorta like that, though the voice was different back in KSS. I liked KSS's verison better.

Also, Red Bold text burns my eyes. You're like JessicaSephiroth, but worse.

I corrected beam, updated jet and fighter. I also added colors.

Has anybody else found anything, other than aesthetic or sound differences?

Doing Yo-Yo's Gazer Spiral(down up + b) when you're partway off the edge of a corner will cause the Yo-Yo to bounce up with you, ending the move before the stars do that large spiral outward. However, you regain control rather than having to wait to come back on the ground. This seems to have the same height as the original, too, while letting you fly out of it earlier, but probably doesn't have many uses for time attacks or Arena runs.
This also works when on elevators like in the Arena, which probably don't count as solid ground to Yo-Yo. Of course, it works for both Yo-Yo Kirby and Gim, no difference at all... An easy place to test it is on top of Whispy Woods in an Arena mode.

Oh, and Kirby's Hammer Flip can hit Lololo and Lalala through the floor below them. Can't remember if it could reach that high before, though I guess that's part of the range bit mentioned, it's a surprising amount of upward range to me.

and I beat them to it by a day :P

Aha! I wonder what this should be called? Gazer flip? I tested it and it looks pretty cool. I'll test it for battle potential

I'm starting to think the ground by Whispy is glitched. For hammer a normal swing up against him looks as if Kirby is swinging on his hammer on an edge. Cutter's combo is interrupted, or sometimes doesn't even start. This spot I'm speaking of ranges from the grass at the base of Whispy's roots to his body.

Yep that's the increased range I was talking about. I guess I'll mention that it can go through walls and floors. I'll update yo-yo too!

Thank you Someguy!

I feel kind of stupid but I think "Thudd" may actually be called Dendon? Can somebody beat Canvas curse and verify the name of those thwomp like enemies? Their enemy name appears in the credits. I'm unsure if the main site is correct on the name and I don't have Canvas Curse with me to verify it..

Thank you so much! Now I can stop feeling stupid! XD

I could use some help with testing the damage of the ability attacks.. Too bad nobody has hacked into KSSU to figure out the damage and HP data like they did KSS..

Nope, they had a friend who hacked it and they had Kirby's HP along with the helpers, bosses and basic enemies. They also had damage outputs for attacks from enemies, and from Kirby.

Oh wow, I just tested jet today against DYnablade and enemies while playing the original KSS, it's SO MUCH EASIER to use in KSSU. More so than I realized.

I also made an observation on sword. I'll update those

Jet is an awesome ability for many reasons, like the fact that you don't have to jump to save your charge, you can do that by guarding. Safer. Jet charges also quicker than before, and Jet Cracker is also stronger than Plasma's Plasma Wave Cannon. With a Jet Cracker and Jet Dash you can deal 75 damage before an enemy from the Computer Virus goes back into the window. If you are at Max Charge, you can do the Ultra Jet Jump to damage things above and below you, the flame from its Hover damages enemies, the flame while charging and after release damages enemies, you are invincible during fully charged flight (you can stop attacks and rush through enemies in the fashion), you can stop flight early by using Jet Cracker, and, of course, Diving Rocket. It is EXTREMELY powerful (with the right timing and placement, I killed Lololo and Lalala with one each) and easier to use than in the original KSS. Kracko's Revenge is easily taken down in this fashion (only about 2 needed, or one and a few Jet Crackers). Finally, it is insanely fast when flying, and its flight has good distance, too! You can tear through rushing enemies plus break through attacks! The time it takes Hover to really speed up and lift off is disappointing, but because of the quick charge time, this can be remedied by an Ultra Jet Jump. It's air mobility is top class and it is renowned as Kirby's fastest copy ability. Oh, and it's charge flame can light fuses when adventuring.

Which gives me a brilliant idea. Make another copy of the day, but for abilities in KSSU ONLY. Since many of them have changed, it'd be a great idea. (Respond soon, before I make it. Or make it first. Yeah, that.)

I thought of making it, but decided not too. You can if you want to though.

I haven't done much research into attack power or anything like that, but I managed to find the HP locations for Player 1 and the main one used for bosses. I'm not sure how accurate it is, it goes down when the boss is hit, when I change it the boss HP changes, setting it to 0 kills the boss(same for those for player 1's HP), and so on, but it lists it's self multiple times, and when in the RPG battles, one value differs from another, with one displaying the visual HP, which is different... Either way, I picked up these values while I was testing.

Kirby HP = 76
Knuckle Joe HP = 76
Waddle Doo HP = 65
Rocky HP = 90
Meta Knight HP = 50

Whispy Woods HP = 190
Kawasaki HP = 100
Bonkers Boss HP = 208
Dedede HP = 220
Dynablade HP = 230
Chameleo Arm HP = 241
Poppy Bros Sr. HP = 80
Mr. Frosty HP = 208

Some bosses actually go above 255 HP, and so I'll have to adjust the cheat searching program to account for those.(which might mean bosses have a max HP of 65535... imagine fighting Marx or something with that much HP) Bosses like Fatty Whale go over that ammount, and the final boss of the True Arena seems to go way over it!(I set it to 0, got him into the 255 range, set that to 0... and it went back into the 255 range, so he probably had like 500 to 700 some HP, if I know my hexadecimal right)

Even if it's inaccurate, I could always try and just make a code for easy access to the RPG battle to test the Helper attacks later, as I can give them and the boss infinite HP so I can try anything I want. As long as I don't find an attack that does over 255 damage at once. (:\/)

Oh, thanks, that's awesome! .. in KSS Kirby has 70 health.. I see his health did go up.. Just as I thought..

Here is a link to the damage FAQ at gamefaqs for a reference.

I believe sword knight has more HP than blade knight...
