Kirby's Rainbow Resort

We got until July 15 to post any question about the game, like it's story, lore, and development.
It's our chance to finally solve some mysteries surrounding the Kirby franchise.
All you need to participate is a Miiverse account.
There might be some spoilers in the comments, but you still can ask anything you want.
But, before asking, be sure that you read the whole post and it's rules.
Don't ask anything here on the KRR forum, it must be on the Miiverse post above.
Personally, I'm really excited with the possible answers we could get.

I actually asked a question I wanted to confirm for sure by the developers.
I'm really glad that this was brought up here, I do hope the questions get answered!

WARNING POSSIBLE SPOILERS (not very important ones though).

I asked about Adeleine :P

Kirby Planet Robobot is the first game since Kirby 64 where Adeleine appears in (there were a couple of keychains featuring Ado in Triple Deluxe but she was unnamed and anyway even if they hinted at it, they never really confirmed that Ado and Adeleine are the same character).

I asked, why she never appeared since K64 until Planet Robobot and if they have plans of bringing her back in some future games.

These were my two questions, but I had many other questions that I didn't post because there's a limit of only 1/2 questions for each user.

The level where you find the Adeleine sticker is one of those mechanical fortresses... the main color of the level is that green, that's the same green of Adeleine's dress in Kirby 64. The sticker has a different shade of green though, and I wonder why she has a different color between ingame and artworks appearance.
The level also plays that sad song from Kirby's Dreamland 3's pyramid level, and it creates a very nostalgic and melancholic atmosphere.
Anyway, that green is not only in that fortress, Holo Defense's room is also of that color, kinda, and may it be a coincidence, Holo Defense is based on Ado/Adeleine and Pix.
Is there a connection between those levels and the fact that they share the same color, and what's the use of that huge glass capsule full of green fluid?
It resembles those capsules in the backgrounds of the Shiver Star factory level, where some animals and witches were trapped inside... this makes me think, is Adeleine inside that thing? In a similar way as Metaknight got mechanized and Dedede got cloned... maybe Haltmann captured her and used her memories in order to summon those enemies, like Ice Dragon and Kracko.

It was a too long an too complex question though, I'm fine with the one I asked.

I wonder how the questions are going to be answered... on miiverse or somewhere else?

Sadly, they didn't revealed a lot story-wise.
We already knew that Susie was Haltmann's daughter. What we wanted to know is why he can't recognize her and why she betrays her own father! Anyway, I hope part 2 reveals more about this.

Part 2 was posted on miiverse today, with some really big revelations.

Well, know we know what actually happened to Susie and Haltmann.
The whole accident involving the Star Dream transported Susie into another dimension.
Haltmann thought she was dead and dedicated his life to repair Star Dream and bring her back.
Star Dream, however, needs to connect to the someone's brain to be controlled.
This made Haltmann lose his memory with time, to the point where he forgot he even had a daughter.
Years later, Susie managed to escape and return to Kirby's dimension but her father already had forgotten about her.
He saw something nice on her, however, and decided to maker her his secretary.
Apparently, Susie started to change her mind about just helping Haltmann because she thought Star Dream could be sold by a big price at the end of the game.
But that's not all. Looks like Meta Knightmare Returns and the True Arena of this game aren't entirely canon.
I don't know about the other ones in the other games. They look pretty canonical to me, at least.
Planet Robobot's was the only one who contradicted the main game. All the other ones seemed complementary to the main story.
I don't really know. Anyway, next time they're going to talk about the game's soundtrack. :D

The reason for Meta Knight's eye color change was very stupid. It was obviously to satisfy the anime/Meta Knight fans who always thought they were that color. Ugh...

People may not like the change (I didn't even notice until it was addressed in the Ask-A-Thon, but everyone can probably agree that the Kirby fanbase does not need a black eyes/green eyes debate.

Agreed.
Also, this is the first time we see Meta Knight's face in higher details, being a 3D model and not a sprite.
Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS also has a new color pallet for Kirby based on Meta Knight, and his eyes are yellow in there.
Maybe HAL was just trying to make things consistent, since they also added those metal things on his gloves on Planet Robobot, just like his appearance in Sm4sh.
Since Sakurai made Sm4sh himself, what if maybe, who knows, he always intended to Meta Knight's eyes to be yellow?
Also, most of the fanbase used to draw Meta Knight with yellow eyes for some reason. Maybe for ignorance, maybe for preference...
I really don't mind it that much. I like him with both white and yellow eyes. Both colors match him very well in my opinion.
But as you've said. We don't need a Sonic black/green eyes debate over this.
We never complained when they changed Kirby's feet from red to dark pink, so why complain about this now?

That's the same argument the the Sonic fans for black eyes made. And guess what, this change matters even less because you see Meta Knight's eyes for what, only 8 seconds per game.

And Sonic the Hedgehog is the main character of the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. Seriously, name a Sonic the Hedgehog game without Sonic the Hedgehog. The only stuff you'll find are forgotten titles like "Tails' Skypatrol. " Kirby has had great games without the masked knight, such as Kirby's Dream Land, Kirby's Dream Land 2, Kirby's Dream Land 3, and Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, as well as Kirby: Triple Deluxe.

Since Sonic is more of a main character than Meta Knight, this is effectively a more petty version of the Sonic the Hedgehog 4 eye color debate.

And the drawing contest results were released! There is some cool information in it, but there are a ton of spoilers.

Among the cool things we learned were that:
In Kirby Super Star, some ability hats were reused because of space constraints, and Mirror's redesigned hat was to differentiate it more from Beam.
The new ball and chain enemies are called Laboratories.

Later the screenshot results will come out, probably with more information. So who's excited?
