With the rebirth of Rainbow Resort and death of Meta Naito, I think we should take some design advice from what was established there. We have more forums here, but for more general use.
Here's my point: Forums with more specific uses, like finding wifi matches, or discussing new games, just like we had in the good olden days.
Any thoughts?

So I thought we had a general technology forum, but I guess I'm thinking of Kirby Club. Anyone castaways from there remember what that board was called? I'd like to just directly steal borrow the name. Seems like it would be a good addition, especially given my inclinations.
Otherwise, I'll just make a Technology Tundra, which I guess alliteratively very well could have been what TKC called it.

Gaming Gallery can be used to discuss new games. A new topic in a game board will generally be a new game topic. Don't see why there would have to be a specific board for new games, especially since those topics would just have to be moved to the regular gaming forum after a certain date when said game became considered no longer new.

As for what was established there, again, "Greetings, human. We have a kriby, too." One of my big complaints was that place's board layout. It is the only Kirby forum I have ever seen that bucked the trend of using the Kirby stage naming convention.

Mints, you were very close to guessing the right name for the technology forum. It is "Technology Tunnel". If the majority of the currently active userbase is interested in science and technology, then I advocate for its addition.

I second its inclusion.

Right! Tunnel!

After posting, I was just trying to think of other terrain types that started with a 'T', and Tunnel was the only other one that came to mind. (And oddly enough, Terrain didn't. Huh.)

Adding.

No, stick with tundra! I have no idea why'd you want to steal the name when you already have a perfectly fine option.

Besides, tundras are much better than tunnels.

(Although, if you really wanted to be original [which you don't but I digress], you wouldn't use technology either. Maybe something like Gadget Garden? Or Hi-Tech Hills?)
