Sword_Parasol.jpg
Sword / Parasol1701 viewsThankyou for being patient. After long wait, the Kirby Super Star Set of Sculptures kick-starts with double updates of Kirby Abilities! Fist up is Sword ability, a well-known weapon (prolly 'cuz Meta Knight...), but in my opinion, not so great of an ability. Kirby dons a parody of Link's hat and continuously displays his sharp Master Sword with this ability. Good for short, quick attacks with little punch behind them. Next is the lesser-known, but somehow present in more games, ability Parasol. Staying true to his roots, Kirby wears no hat with this unique ability, but always holds an open umbrella over his head. With a few good attacks, the main use of Parasol is it's defensive capabilities. Also can be used to slow one's decent through the air. *For more info on how these and other abilities work, check out SiR6's Ability Reviews and the Fan Ability reviews portion of this site*
For all future reference, my 'Kirby's Ability' sculptures are specifically made of that horrible brown, bulk-quantity, air-drying clay. For this reason, and the fact that I disliked the repetitiveness of making the pink puff so many times over, some may be of lower quality than my norm. Please excuse this, and look forward to more 3D Daimyo Dojo!

Dedede-Daimyo of Mailbag-Force2680 viewsHalf-a-month is too long for me to go without posting art in the gallery for fans of KRR. So, here I present a small token of my selfishness, narcissism, and vanity-- Ok, not really, but close~! As many of you may have known, I am now a semi-regular member of our glorious site's bi-weekly mailbag. Issue 69 featured the start of an awesome comic, known simply as "Mailbag Force". I've thought of continuing the series with each session I partake in, furthering my work-load, yet expanding the comic to a much-looked-forward-to feature. Also, I would perhaps like to work with others on this project...
Anyway, here is my character sheet, displaying the Daimyo's updated design and abilities. >Slash Pen like sword! >Super Daimyo Jump gets the heck outta there! >Kine Hammer pounds foes like mochi! >Kakegoe Inhale strength of lungs! >Chopsticks catch any/everything! >Break for tea~~ >Flap Fans to Flutter! >Power of the immense Ink-Brush! >Frantically build the Terracotta Army! >Last but not least, Essence Ondo Odori~! Primary Colors are sacred. Materials used: India Ink, Sakura Pen, Colored Pencils, Fibracolor Markers, Crappy Crayons.

SweetStuff.JPG
Sweet Stuff1399 viewsLots of Sweet Stuff going around these days... The big boss of Ripplefield in Dreamland 2 is an insane anglerfish with an electrified lure. Like Acro, Sweet stuff is battled under water. Also like the orca, this anglerfish is indeed FEMALE! Yes, the female species of this fish is actually quite large, while the male is less than 100 times smaller in comparison. Anyhoo, Sweet Stuff is able to materialize Tinsel, the infamous cycloptic starfish, along with Gordo and Squishy to run in to Kirby. However, Kirby can send them, save Gordo, right back at 'er with a blast of his bubble gun. She can also fire damaging vibrations and electro-balls from her glowing lure; these cannot be utilized and must be avoided. As with all underwater levels, the aid of Kine levels the playing field. She cameos in KDL3 as part of Ado's painted boss battle. And now, a looming Darkness approaches...7 commentsDedede-Daimyo07/09/09 at 19:55Bimblesnaff: I am in awe of that dentistry Stuff has going on. ...
MasterGreen.JPG
Master Green1344 viewsThe master of disastrous discharge is in the house! MG is the miniboss for no other than the spark ability. He is real tough, utilizing his electric essence to create a spark-shield, throw lightening bolts, and shooting stars. But, like all cephalopods, he is also quite soft... Anyway, he only appears in KDL2, not 3 for some reason, but also showed up in the anime's pilot episode. Though Master Green is an Octopus, he has no trouble walking on land, bounding all around the stage, trying to impeede Kirby's progress.3 commentsDedede-Daimyo06/28/09 at 03:45Bimblesnaff: Nay, Diddge. Klinko.JPG
Klinko1275 viewsNow presenting Mr. Hut-Hat himself, Klinko! This is a very over-shadowed bad guy; the reason is, there are just so many other obvious examples for obtaining the parasol ability. The little eggplantesque blob may not display any attacks or distinctions that connect him with the said ability, but I can explain this phenominon. His covering is not actually a hut, but a Japanese straw raincoat, which guards the wearer from the elements, and serves the same purpose as a parasol. It is often worn to shield from snowy winds, which explains why Klinko is found primairly on Iceburg. Who doesn't love this little snow-runt? Japanese-Guru man away~!4 commentsDedede-Daimyo06/20/09 at 22:10Bimblesnaff: JG-Man has a lot to offer GM-Classic, which has be...
Jumpershoot.JPG
Jumpershoot1436 views"Pyon Pyon" Now bear witness to Mr. Kasabake, himself! With his single eye and long lolling tounge, "Kuru Kuru" Jumpershoot rapidly ascends to the sky! Asore! Let's hear it for the Yokai, yo! There is little doubt that this particular parasol miniboss is one of my favorite characters in the Kirby series. His battle tactics are the same in both of his appearences, KDL2+3; he will kick off his geta as a projectile, to Kirby's aid, or spin into a tornado, allowing him a few moments of invincibility. Like a handful of other creatures in Dreamland, Jumpershoot has roots in Japanese lore, specifically the Tsukumogami Karakasa-Obake. Catch him and other mentioned ghouls this Halloween in my big "Gegege no Kitaro/ Kirby" cross-over! His relative is Drifter.1 commentsDedede-Daimyo06/20/09 at 12:53Bimblesnaff: So, there's, like, the normal complete awesome...

Kinetic Kirby IF Submission474 viewsKirby gets this ability from Magical Sweeper, that spinning disk thing you encounter on the Halberd and in the Great Cave in Super Star and Super Star Ultra.

I'm not actually sure if the enemy is called Magical Sweeper. It is called that on the Super Star page, but elsewhere I found another name for it. I went with this name because I found it here.

KRR "IF" Kodomo no Hi3386 viewsIf you guys thought my Hina Matsuri pic was good, then you will all love this. May 5th was Kodomo no Hi (Children's Day/ Boy's Day) in Japan, and though I am an entire month late, I hope that the good-cheer and festivity can still shine through today. I have included every Round Knight/ Red Knight, officially submitted or otherwise, in this double-wide picture extravaganza! To the best of my ability, no one was left out. This was a truely beloved contest, steaming with creativity and effort from the fans (and it's creator!), but I am not content by its lackluster finale. No offence, but shouldn't the fans be rewarded for all the hard work and originality they put into this? I hope my picture can serve as a consolation prize to all who submitted, participated in, or missed out on this Interactive Fandom contest. And, yes, I am now officially back to save the Gallery/ Mailbag/ KRR site from the stagnant drought of good art/ compassion/ fun.

Cake1836 viewsCake is my entry for the Enemy Emulation contest. When a blopper is swallowed, Kirby morphs into the sweet tooth assasin! Despite how much this look likes a Kopy Ability, it is not, and has no Blank Spot. You can learn more about Cake Kirby if he gets into the contest!22 commentsKirazy05/06/09 at 21:34Bimblesnaff: This fate is the cruelest to befall Waddle Dee yet...

Club Knight181 viewsJust a little sketch I made when I was trying to come up with/refine ideas for my other knights.
A shady sphere with two beady red eyes peaking out from under his samurai style helm.
Figured I'd upload it as filler fodder.

Any ideas I might possibly have had for his behavior while drawing him were assimilated into Hammer Knight.

Chuchu.JPG
Chu-chu1644 viewsThe Animal Friend that nobody loves. Well, that's not true... I'm sure Gooey likes her a bit. She is the first of Dream Land 3's trio of new pets that Kirby can combine with for even more amazing abilities. Chu-chu is thought to be an octopus, because she can extend her tenticles, stick to ceilings, swim like one, and even fly like one. What? You didn't know octos were kites? Anyway, she wears a big red bow and thick eyelashes, so there be no mistaking of her gender. Many of her abilities can be used to convieniently (and lazyly) taverse levels. Her (boy/girl)friend is Nyupun.10 commentsDedede-Daimyo04/22/09 at 17:42Bimblesnaff: She inspires more fear in three dimensions. I won&...
