The whole second part of the stage is a mini-maze. It seems like it would be hidden somewhere harder to reach. It's actually extremely easy. However, to get it just keep heading south in the level by going through the bomb blocks. When you come to the part of the level where you can head up and see ladders leading, check out the nook below and it actually harbors a secret door! Enter to grab the switch.
