KW: Simple, the only way you can play Hydra or Dragoon on normal race courses is if you build one in City Trial and get the Single Race in the Stadium. Vallerion is Celestial Vally and Airroon is Beanstalk Park. Those names themselves don't actually translate to anything, since the courses take place on different planets, and the Japanese names are the names of the planets.

XD Anyways, Frosty -> Flosty is kind of an honest mistake, if you don't know the Kirby games very well, because in Japanese, there is no "l," so they use "r" instead. So when the translaters see that "r" they have to decide if it's supposed to be an "l" or an "r," and they obviously made the wrong choice.

KW: Silica/Sirica is an original character, not from any of the games.
