This is the first time i've sent an e-mail to a Kirby guru, but there's something that's been bothering me for quite sometime. I heard about the release of Kirby Tilt 'N' Tumble Adavance on both the GBA and GameCube - however from looking around on the Internet, certain sites show that it has been cancelled, delayed or has actually been announced. This is quite confusing, so i hope you can tell me whether the game is coming out or not, o wise guru of the great Kirby.
KW: Kirby's Tilt 'n' Tumble 2 is what you are talking about. It's for GCN and requires a GBA connection. I've talking about this in previous guru and how it was replaced by Roll o Rama and such. Simply put. Kirby's Tilt 'n' Tumble 2 is not released and probably never will be.

Okay, here is something I just don't get. I keep hearing that Meta Knight is good in the games as well as the show. (mostly I hear it from the other Guru, because people keep asking her over and over) The problem is, he's NOT good in KNiD! He sends tons of people to kill you and then fights you himself. So where do people get off saying he's good? If he IS good, why do you have to fight him?
KW: Have you forgotten the story to KNiD/KA? King Dedede broke the Star Rod to keep Nightmare from getting it, and Meta Knight was just one of the guarders of the piece.

You know how Kirby's Dreamland and Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland have Extra modes? Do the other Kirby games have Extra modes too? If so, are they just the same game with half your health (like NiD) or the gaame with new enemies and such (like KD)? I know it sounds stupid but those are the only 2 Kirby games I've ever played!!!! Thanks for answering, and give SHADOW a big kick in the unmentionables for me! XD

Ok, so I "imported" the euro version of Amazing Mirror, right? Well, fighter ability now has this charge move. The miniboss that has this ability is the big dog thing... When I got the ability off of him, the charge was really different. It would only need to charge for a moment, and would come out as what I would call 9 stars, instead of the usual smaller shots. I tried it again, but have had no luck in reproducing it. Any help?
KW: I pity you for the misleading translations of the English version. Anyways, that shot only happens when you have one hit left before you die.

My brother says that when you fight the Paint Roller boss in KNiD, he will eventually paint a UFO. I've fought him about a million times in Boss Endurance, but I haven't seen one UFO. Sooo.... is this true, or is it just an annoying rumor?

KW: Kirby only doesn't speak in the anime. He's spoken several times in the games. Also, Dedede and Meta Knight are good guys. Dark Matter is his enemy.

KW: The girl was from a Japan only game, so the US would have no idea who she was, so she was removed. And mind you, I've unlocked EVERYTHING on EVERY Kirby game.

Okay first, Who do you think is the main creative composing force in Hal of all time, Jun Ishikawa or Hirokazu Ando, and what Halken game do you think they did their best work? A person before asked about a human kirby, perhaps they are thinking of one of the stone forms in Super Star? Username180 asked why metaknight came in K&tAM when he had sword, I think it may have been because another kirby was in the room and they had magic. And now a lot about importing. Why would importing a game be illegal, is this against Japan or America's laws? But Halken and Nintendo still get the money from the game purchase, so what is the big deal? Also, how is importing soundtracks illegal? Record stores have imports of music, and they are legitmate companies, if it was illegal surely the government would've come down on them. But gamewise it's NOA or whoever's fault for holding the American version back until the wretched apocolypse when a fully playable game is right across the pond. In fact, why are they holding it back, it seems like a ridiculous business practice. The only reason I could see doing it is to have time to run ads to generate excitement, but they could have done that MUCH before hand and have the game out by now like it is in the UK. It's kind of like what is happening to the band Interpol right now, they have this new album finished and ready to go but they're holding the release back until Septembe! r, now the CD has been leaked and people wonder why. It's dumb decisions like that which are enough to make me want to make a permanent placeholder for a sledghammer in someone's skull.
KW: Firstly, I'd say Hirokazu Ando. Secondly, you are probably right on the other kirby with magic ability. As for importing, it's an agreement law between Japan and other places. Whether it's illegal doesn't change marketing one bit. For example, ferret are illegal in California, yet pet shops still sell ferret food and stuff and even ferrets. So just because someplace is selling an import doesn't always mean it's legal.

Yay! What's the name of pig dude with wings who replaces Climber Guy in Nightmare in Dreamland? Why did they replace him? Why did Togezo chandge from a spikey turtle shell guy to a black-and-yellow spiked worm guy? How about Shellatoss to Phan Phan?
KW: Wow....I forgot the name of the pig who replaces Bounder. I'll have to dig through my files and get the name back, but I'll do it some other time. As for Togezo, the worm enemy is a totally different enemy. Also, "Shellatoss" is a made up name. The enemy's actual name is "Rolling Turtle." The reason these were changed? Because the new enemies are more Kirby-esque.

Hi again... Sorry to disturb you once more, but I really wanted to know the answers to these questions: 1. In Kirby Super Star, and some other games, there is an ability called copy. Why? Kirby can alresdy get abilitys by himself, so whats the point for a copy ability? 2. Why did they make the burning ability if in Kirby Super Star the fire ability already has the burning ability in it? Same with ice and freeze. 3. Why does Kirby Super Star have very good graphics, (and I mean VERY good, like NMID or the mirror game) but all the other kirby graphics for the Gameboy games suck eggs? Those are my questions, so I'd really appreciate it if you would answer them. Thank you.

The other day I found a secret room in Kirby's Dreamland. It's on Bubbly Clouds. There is this one part in Bubbly Clouds that is like a cloud maze. There's a part where you have an option of going right or left, to your left is a spike ball and a door, to your left is a pool of water and a dead end. I found that if you go to the very end of the dead end, (it's just wide enough for Kirby to fit into) and press up, you go to a room with a lemon to eat and a tomato and some other stuff. Have you noticed this before? I also found a glitch in the same game. You know that part in Float Islands where you are in a cave, and you can eat some star block and reveal a door, and inside that door is a pond that you swim through and there's a 1UP at the end? Well, in Extra Mode, there's a spike ball floating in the pond. I found that if you go down so that you can see the spike ball, swim up so he's out of your sight, and then go down again, he's gone! (if it doesn't work the first time it will probably work if you try again) Have you ever noticed this? Okay, one more. Same game, Bubbly Clouds level. When you fall through the moon in Extra Mode, the air is full of flying spike balls! I noticed that if you time it right and don't hit any spike balls, but keep them in your sight, just before you hit the ground you see a falling Waddle Dee! What the crap? Soooo... are any of these new to you? Any other cool glitches you know about for Kirby's Dreamland? Sorry for this long post, but I wanted to tell SOMEBODY about all this stuff.

If you got a thing with me trying to correct myself about the SSBM All-Star song thing being about Float Island, forget it. I saw your thing on how it's sopposed to be the "Save Cottage" song. It does have similar notes to Float Island...And the backdrop Dedede thing, to me it looks like Kirby was using one hand to slam the stars on Dedede instead of two. Will you please look closley and tell me what you see?

Now, as a special feature, I'm going to inform you on all the mistranslations of the English version of "Kirby and the Amazing Mirror." I recently aquired the Euro version, which is in English, and will remain unchanged for the US release. SO many things made me MAD AS HELL! First of all. You'll start the game and soon run into an angel enemy named CUPIE! His name is SUPPOSED to be Annie! And CUPID power is SUPPOSED to be Angel power. Later on you'll see a lip enemy named LEAP. His name is SUPPOSED to be LIP! Also, Roly-poly is supposed to be Rollon. Boxin is supposed to be Dessie, Bang-bang is supposed to be Tokon. Chip is supposed to be Cheep. MR. FLOSTY is supposed to be Mr. Frosty. As you can probably already tell, someone with NO knowledge of Japanese translated these. Now to continue. Box Boxer (THE WORST) is supposed to be Bow Fighter! Bombar is supposed to be Air Roster. If I find ANYONE using these names I will yell at you. I will also continue to show more mistranslations in future guru issues. I MUST KEEP YOUR MINDS FROM BEING POISONED FROM THE BAD TRANSLATION!!!
