Ok, now, why is it that the Salesguy looks like a human, but
in real, (highlight for spoilers) he's just as big as Kirby?
Kinda creeped me out when I first saw a pic of him...*
That's a bit of a spoiler since not
everyone's seen the final episodes! So highlight to see it.
Most likely it's just a joke by the
animators, and to fit in with the rest of the show's style.
He was created by Nightmare, and we all know how weird the
stuff he makes are...
Halla Ivy! I wanted to ask u this : Do u
think that 4kids really - I mean REALLY - screwed up the Kirby
series? Not just the dialogue, but the WHOLE series, sorry if
u heard this question before.
Uh, well yeah. I would think it was common
knowledge by now. :D
Um... Well you see, I had a problem with
people trying to send me viruses and crap, so I don't want
to accept them anymore. :( That or the stories were just
awful and they didn't even spellcheck... Some people ruin it
for everyone else...
Something's been bothering my mind for a a
couple of years now and I've only just pulled myself away from
distractions and laziness to ask you this.
I seem to recall some point where you said
you were wrong about one of 4Kids' dialog edits in Air Riding
in the Sky or whatever the Air Ride episodes were called and
that the group of Air Riders Kirby fought actually were a
dream. It could've been an old edition of Guru questions, it
could've been in outdated version of the FAQ, IT COULD EVEN BE
ME GOING CRAZY, but I gotta get this cleared up once and for
all:
Is the "Kirby only fought Nightmare's Air Riding monsters in a
dream sequence" a dub edit or not?
It was not a dub edit. It was a dream in
the original too.
I made a mistake back then since I didn't
know Japanese very well. :D I know I corrected myself and
apologized though! ;_;
Also, the stars are also called 'Air Ride
Machines' in the original. I found that out more recently...
3.) If you met Meta Knight, would beat the
living heck out of him for attacking kirby with the excuse
that he's maturing him? I would. CAUSE I WOULD! I THINK
KIRBY'S SUFFERING ENOUGH HAVING TO FULFILL HIS DESTINY TO
DEFEND GOOD FROM BLOODY EVIL! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
Finally, this thing's back up! I was
starting to get worried!
1. I heard from a very reliable source that
the very reason the Kirby anime was made was to celebrate the
10-year aniversary of the games (1992-2002). Is this true?
Well, I can't say I ever heard of it...
They never touted it as such on the official sites. I saw
later '10 year anniversary' things though. Little promo
items...
2. I also heard that Fumu's English name
means 'a small fight' or 'a slight disagreement', while also
(I'm assuming it's really Tiffany, not Tiff) basically meaning
'Wishful thinker' or 'one who prays/hopes a lot'. I personally
think
both meanings are very cute and go along well with her nature.
Does her original name have anything to do with her nature or
assets?
She's never been referred to as 'Tiffany'
in any official source.
Fumu doesn't seem to mean anything though.
Her family sorta has a theme going, 'Paamu' 'Meemu' 'Fuumu'
and then Bun is the odd one out.
I've always assumed that it was originally
meant to die, but there were complaints about Kirby's
friends always dying so they changed it at the last second.
So he was trapped in a plot hole.
Did Fumu ever cry in the show "Kirby of
the Stars"? If she did, what was the first episode in which
this happened?
Off the top of my head, ep 40 is one of
the first times.
I just watched the beginning of Kirby
Fright to the Finish, and Tiff just said, "I wouldn't touch
your criminy cupcake." Then I thought 'oh my lord, she's
just like Helga from Hey Arnold!' Is Tiff that harsh to her
enemies?
