Q: If "Holy Nightmare" is holy, then why is it an evil company? It is not quite logical. 'Holy' people are not 'evil'.

Wasn't Satan was a fallen angel? =P But anyway, the reason it's called 'Holy Nightmare' is similar to why the final boss of K64 had wings and a halo. (No, not just the Japanese obsession with using twisted religious icons in everything. *BRICK*)

It's supposed to be a contrast- even though it's called 'holy', there are many things that identify Nightmare as a sort of satanic figure.

And ever heard the phrase 'a holy terror'? XD

Why exactlty was the name "Holy Nightmare" chosen? Or, is it just that Nightmare has some issues? T_T;

To trick stupid people like Dedede. After all, any company called 'Holy' something couldn't possibly be BAD! XD

Well... Not really. XD I mean, there may be times when he himself doesn't beat an enemy without help, but Kirby would never be defeated.

Q: exactly why does 4kids edit out the scenes with chief borons(bookems)gun.becuase in the american version they still show it straped on to him,so why do they go through the trouble of editing scenes with the gun when we see he has it anyways?

A better question is why do they cut Borun's gun, yet keep in guns on shows like Ninja Turtles? =P

Can you say 'double standards', children? Sure you can! :D

And unfortunately cutting the scenes with the guns into two hard- just delete a scene or two, easy as pie. Shame, it's some funny stuff. <_<

Q: In the Kirby anime, why Did 4Kids decide to make some parts of the Kirby anime 3D-ish?

Huh? O_o 4Kids didn't have a thing to do with that decision. HAL Labs and Warpstar were the ones who decided to use 3DCG stuff. They thought it looked cool. =P

Q: how come nightmare has a different voice every time they do show him on the show? hes gone from sounding very evil(1st ep)to sounding okay(warpstar in crisis 2)to sounding like a girl(monster management)it makes no sence! do they mess up in the dubbing or somethin!?

You answered your own question! =P The answer is 4Kids doesn't seem to care enough to even have characters sound the same from episode to episode. (I mean, just listen to Lady Like... Her accent changes practically every time you hear her!)

Q: have you noticed that kirby does not say his trademark "poyo" in the first episode. he used to say his own name more often. why is that?

That would be because of 4Kids. They dubbed him in some of the earlier eps, so instead of saying 'poyo' he mostly just made random babyish sounds or said 'Kirby' all Pokemon-ish.

Thankfully they stopped doing that. <_<

Q: watever happend to kirbys starship? after the kirby derby episodes they never showed or talked about it again. doesnt kirby need it?

No idea actually! Maybe we find out in a later episode? I assume they put it away for safekeeping after the race... And he has his Warpstar so he doesn't really need the ship.

Q: Okay Ivyana J. Spyder, I was gonna go through all of the previous editions before asking (Since I haven't been to the site in a looooong time.) but what the hey, you get the same asked all the time anyways.

1. What's your deal with the Holy Nightmare's dub name: Nightmare Enterprises? I think it suits it better since the villain is named Nightmare(though why 4kids called him eNeMiE is beyond my grasp. They're usually good at keeping game Animes in tuen with the games themselves). Yes Holy Nightmare fits him too but to be Holy Nightmare sounds a bit too blasphemous for some reason.

Actually my problem is that they call Nightmare 'eNeMiE'. I want to slap them for that. I mean, it's like if they called Kirby 'Bob'. It's just not his name

Anyway, 'Nightmare Enterprises' doesn't bug me as much since I know they have to change it 'cause the stupid religious types would get upset if they said 'Holy'. =P (It's the same reason Nintendo had to change 'Devil Star' to 'Shadow Star'. Pssh, wimps.) I just get annoyed when people call Nightmare 'eNeMiE' or whatever the stupid spelling is.

And hey, I happen to LIKE blasphemy! =(

2. Okay chuck some spoilers at me. What episode does Kirby get Paint Ability for the first time and who does he get it from? I'm guessing it was Paint Roller since Paint Kirby now has roller skates in the anime and there's only ONE character I know of that skates and paints.

3. Everyone's been asking everyone this question a lot lately but what games are you expecting to appear at this year's E3? And I mean other than the possible localization of Kirby: GLotM?

Well, there's only one new Kirby game out now so... It must be that one. =P

They weren't in any of the games, though it looks like their designs were based off a monster from KDL3. And yes, they were created by HAL. =P Same dang people who made Ribbon and the rest. XD

Q: Hey,Ivyna...I've tend to notice that the anime section is a bit behind, but beyond that doyou think you can spare me the japanese episode, "Fly Kirby of the stars" (if ya don't have that episode then at least the first japanese episode or "Without the tooth, there is no speach") plus, does Tokkori do anything Helpful in the japanese series? Finally who the heck is Stephen Wolf and those two guys who appear in "Take off Battleship Halberd",Sir Author and the other guy (i forgot his name)

Tokkori's really just there to cause trouble. Well, he sorta helped Kirby out in the race ep, but he wouldn't help anyone if he could help it. XD

And it's 'Steppenwolf'. It's the name of a mysterious character in a later episode, some kind of legendary biker, and also an awesome reference to an American rock band. =P (The guys who did 'Born to Be Wild')

Q: How come lolo and lala in the game turned into lololo and lalala and then in the show to fololo and falala?

Oh c'mon, I know I've answered this. >_<

Okay, there were two characters called Lolo and Lala in one of HAL's early series called 'The Adventures of Lolo'. When they made the Kirby games, they created two ~similar~ (but not the same people!) characters called Lololo and Lalala.

In the anime, they KEPT the names Lololo and Lalala, (though, again, they're different characters now) but 4Kids changed the names to Fololo and Falala in the dub because they think they're better than HAL and can make stupid changes like that.
