In Air Ride, what is the objective of the game? I want to buy it (because I love Kirby so much), but what's the purpose of the game?
W4K: Well most of the time you just race however you can do certain things to unlock special stuff (ie. complete with this machine, destroy this x times) Also there are 3 different modes of play each with 120 objectives. Some seems like impossible to do x.x
AK: All in all, I'd say the objective is to clear all 120 squares on each grid by completing objectives in each mode.
GK: No idea, because I don't have KAR yet and can't get it until X-Mas. :/

You guys are slacking off on the TV. series. You really need to get back on track, this week Scarfy, the lil' floating Pikachu head that turns into a monster when you try to suck it up, is in dreamland. Dedede ordered tons of them, so it looks, and, as it says at the Kirby website and the preview I saw, they suddenly have a taste for KIRBY! That’s right, their chasing him and chewing on his arms, feet, head, everything. YOU GUYS NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK!!! Not to mention you missed tons upon thousand new abilities; mirror, top, aqua, steel, baton, bomb, crash, and this week, hammer! If ya want, I’ll send pictures of them to ya guys

I have been loving this site!! But that’s not what I want to tell you. I am a happy owner of Kirby Super Star ^^ and I was looking at you info and I found some of it was wrong :( 'Laser Balls' DO give you power (beam) and birdos are Birdons, whisps are Plasma Whisps. **hint hint: the name of the help is the name of the enemy** and on your Kirby game walk though (with all the Kirby games) super star can have 2 players. ((Sorry for the long message))

I was wondering, in Kirby 64 some people say that if you get all enemy cards, 100%, etc. and if you beat boss battle mode without getting hit once an evil picture of Kirby will show up. I always get hit at least once so I'm not sure if it's true. Is it?
W4K: Since I have very little knowledge on Kirby 64 I can't really say yes or no. But from the looks of your description on how to get it all I have to say is "YOU GOTTA BE CRAZY" erm that is all

1: When are you going to write some new stuff in the Kirby Air Ride section? Oh and by the way, the name is KIRBY Air Ride, not KIRBY'S Air Ride.
2: Why are there purple, yellow, green, and red Kirbies?
3: Are there any more cheat codes for Kirby's Avalanche? If you have some, LET ME AT EM!
4: Do you think the new abilities from the TV Show (Baton Kirby, Iron Kirby, etc) will appear in any Kirby games?

AK: 1. When Kindar gets around to it, or until someone else does and Kindar posts it.
2. Simply different colored Kirbies used in order to show different players in multiplayer games (it'd get confusing with four identical Kirbies running around, eh?).
3. I'm certain there are, but I don't know 'em. I know that there are some in the mailbag that I guest-responded before getting this position, though.
4. I'm praying that they will never, ever, EVER show up on a game. Period.

Hey hows it going......well...a what’s your favorite air ride machine and your favorite course mine would be the jet star and my favorite course is checker knights
W4K: Nothing beats wing star. Having the ability to glide is like the best IMO. Celestial Valley would be my favorite course because you can glide alot on the course :P
AK: Swerve Star. Has the highest acceleration and the best turning in the game. And my favorite course is probably (spoiler)Nebula Belt(/spoiler).
GK: I say Jet star. I just love that mid-air speed boost. Or Dragoon, unless you only mean normal. Haven't played with many of the machines yet, so BLEH. My favorite course was Checker Knights.

AK: If you're using AOL, we've been having some problems with bannings recently, but I think it's been resolved, but don't quote me on that. And, because we're using a new message board, you should be able to register again. New board, new start, or something like that.

Hi, I tried to get a hold of kindarspirit last couple mailbags but I guess I didn’t get through...o well.... well kindar if you recollect that in mailbag #14 you asked me my thoughts on the show and what else I would like to see on it than better fighting scenes, well to tell the truth I would love to see Gooey on the show, that would be radical. I would also love to see more detailed fighting scenes, they are pretty quick and all the do is suck in the attack then transform, then kill the enemy, What’s with that!? and I would also would’ve loved the show to stick to the original video game storyline, like with Meta-night as the rival not the teacher. so what do you think? O ya and I love the cleanup of the website it looks really good! thanks

KindarSpirit: Hey Peter ^_^ Wow thanks for remembering, it was funny how when that was the topic, no one responded. Anyway, I whole heartedly agree that they should have Gooey. I was sorta hoping he'd pop up in a future episode, you know, due to the whole Gooey-coming-from-dark-matter rumor. The one person who I know is sure of that is Ivyna, so maybe try dropping her a line? If she doesn't know, no one will. The battle scenes are short and sweet, but I guess the fighting is not really up my alley - which is why I have no complaints hehe. I can see how it doesn't hold the more fighting Kirby fans though. As for Meta Knight, I'm real interested to see how his relationship with Kirby ends. I mean, he hasn't popped up in any other game since Super Star (except the Kira series). I sorta envision all the games taking place after the anime... so why would he want to wreck havoc on Popstar, after being Kirby's mentor? Does he really die in the Halberd? I guess we'll never know. Anyways, just wanted to pop in and reply to you, I'll go now I wrote too much! =) Bye!

I have Kirby Air Ride (the Japanese version, I won it on eBay.) And I was wondering... In City Trial there's little flowers on the big blue castle, the canyon and on top of the yellow platform way above the city. Do you know any point in these flowers?

KIRBY'S AIR RIDE STINKS!!! JUST GIVE ME A CLASSIC KIRBY GAME!!! Y'know, like a Kirby's Dreamland 4 or something of the sort? This half-hearted attempt at a racing game is very sad. They say it's supposed to be easy, but it's harder than Tilt 'n Tumble (I HATE that game)! I may not even buy the next Kirby game if it's not the platform genre.
W4K: Woah Woah Kirby has always been a game or different genre. Having only one type of genre can get tiring and repetitive. Also some people do claim they want new ideas and such and HAL did just that. If you don't like other genres they don't buy it.
AK: Sorry you feel that way. You know, I'm pretty sure people who didn't like TnT won't like AR. Some people simply arn't open-minded enough to appreciate a new, yet good concept.
GK: KAR seems good to me. <_< I guess everyone has their own opinion though. I'm sure a new platformer Kirby will be coming sometime.

One of my friends keep telling me that Waddle Dee is evil in every Kirby game. Others tell me that Waddle Dee is only evil in a few games. Which is true? I think Waddle Dee is only evil in a

W4K: From what I know Waddle Dee was only not evil in Kirby 64. In the other Kirby games Waddle Dee was SO EVIL
AK: I don't actually think of Waddle Dee's as good or evil. Rather, I just think of them as stupid little buggers who can't make up their minds one way or the other.
GK: If you think back, Waddle Dee never really tried to hurt Kirby. He just walks along on his little path, and Kirby either runs into him or eats him. MAYBE KIRBY IS REALLY EVIL OLOL11!
