Wow! We weren't expecting to get so much mail in our first issue in a long time, and it's nice to see that so many people still care! Most of the mail was good, but remember, we aren't going to make you a staffer and insulting us will not help, no matter what your cause. But this mailbag was a lot of fun, and we can't wait do another! Keep the mail coming! =)

first time sender longtime reader...two questions! one:why did the mailbag get passed to you two? and two:what caused its hiatus? well thats all...this site rocks and give my compliments to the rest of the staff please good bye byesky!

RMD: At question one, the mailbag got passed to Bagel because Bagel used to do it anyways. I just got to come along for the ride because everyone loves it when a big metal penguieane answers their e-mails. Perhaps I flatter myself, but I do take the opportunity a bit like being Public Relations for KRR, and thus secretly pride myself on it..?!?! Nah, it's just fun. Oh, and why was there such a huge hiatus? I dunno mang. Bagel might know?

Bagel: The mailbag didn't get passed to us so much as it was, well, dead. The old mailbag got really bloated with too many people working on it, and there was a big problem with a lot of emails getting erased and not getting enough. But now, since KRR is undergoing a bit of a renewal, I decided to make myself useful and bring back the mailbag. So I said "GEE GOLLY SHUCKS, RMD WOULD LOVE THIS," and I talked to him and he agreed to be on it too. So now, RMD and I roam KRR, on a mission to serve all of you with our fantastic answering abilities. This new covenant should be a great asset to The Republic.

I have a question about Kirby Air ride. People online said things about a character named Galax but i don't know if it's true. I've tried it a lot but it didn't work. When you said Galax did you mean the Nebula Belt?
But if he is true then can you please tell how to exactly do it. It says finish a 100 laps on any level but i still couldn't firure that out. So if you know please tell me, Thanks!

RMD: Galax is probably just the Japanese name for Nebula Belt. Which yeah, that sounds right to me. Just race 100 laps in Air Ride mode (presumably not in Free Run) and the rather anticlimatic course with cool music is all yours to race around in.

Bagel: RMD has said anything worthwhile, so now I will submit an idea to our valued readers: imagine Rick Moranis singing the theme song to The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Makes you think, doesn't it?

Hello KRR staff members! I'm pretty new at this but I'm really excited about writtin' 2 u guys. First of all I wanted to say, Xcillent job on keepin' this site up and updating it as much as possible. When I 'found' this site the first time, I was like OMG!!! There's really Kirby fans out there who can't help but makin' a really cool site just ALL about him...way 2 go!!
Secondly, and this is no lie, I have this site personally on my favorites and I just check about everyday 2 c if ya'll have somethin new in store. I've checked just about every section ya'll have in here and I'm quite impressed of all the information ya'll have to dig up. I'm in the process of trying to submit Kirby art and fics - but it might take a while :P. So to sum it all up, I REALLY LOVE this site and I'd be more then happy to be of help to run it. So PLEASE, when ya'll aren't 2 busy respond,tell me what ya think about my "little" comment. ThanX 4 reading this.

1 Well, we're not the one to really ask for such things. Also, the person you -would- need to ask, Ivyna J Spyder, does a really good job of subbing the episodes. Not only is it realistic to expect her to sub 10 episodes at your whimsy since you know, she has a life outside of subbing things for good old Nicholas, it'd be making a subpar rush job of it all.

3 There only -were- 100 episodes. And the mailbag is done weekly, not whenever you mail us.

1.) I'd like to tell you that Kirby's upcoming Gamecube game will be called "Kirby Adventure" and that it will be out in Japan in new years eve.

2.) This may be a strange question but, What if Princess Peach adopted kirby?

3.) I saw a prototape version of the Kirby anime and I ask one question. Whose the gal wearing the crown and ponytail? Is she a concept version of Tiff?

4.) I found out That Nintendo named Kirby after a lawyer that saved them from a lawsuit from Universal Sudios.

5.) In the instruction manual of Kirby's Dreamland, Kirby traveled on a warp star to Dreamland. Are their any fan fictions invoving Where kirby came from and/or who his parents are?

If Tiff and/or Tuff appear any future kirby games, what do you think their roles would be?

hi i have seen youre kirby's dreamland 2 screenshots are black and white and some are color. will this game be color on my super gameboy my gba and my gamecube

RMD: Color on the Super Gameboy, black and white on the GBA unless you do that wierd thing at the start screen by pressing a bunch of buttons (Down+Start+A or Down+Start+B? I entirely forget) and if you mean Game Boy Player, I myself haven't a clue my good man.

Bagel: You can get it in different colors on Super Gameboy, Gameboy Color, and Gameboy Advance by pressing different combinations of buttons (similar to say Pokemon Red and Blue where the default color schemes are primarily Red and Blue).

My question is probably one asked all the time, but I can't seem to find an answer. Is meta-Knight against Kirby? He has fought against him in superstar, but he has been in nightmare in dreamland and Kirby canvas curse as a playable character trying to save dreamland. Could we please sort this mess up so I can relax? Itkeeps me awake at night thinking about it.

RMD: Opinions and facts differ. Some even feel Meta Knight is possessed by Nightmare, with Amazing Mirror potentially supporting that idea. I like to think that possessed or not, Meta Knight still would go up against Kirby regardless.

Bagel: Everything with Meta-Knight has always been a lot of speculation, and I know he kind of inspires that due to his somewhat random and tangential appearances in the games. But I think I'm with RMD, Meta-Knight probably is first and foremost Kirby's enemy.

Ok j/k. How come RoboMechaDeDeDe isn't in the game? I think he would make a great villian since kirby could kill the original KDDD, and then RMD would take his place. Anyone know why this isn't the case? Is hal smoking something or what?

RMD: Play Dream Course.

Wait don't play Dream Course it was a terrible game. Point is Dedede pilots a giant Dedede mech at the end of that game, and the same mech also seems slated to appear in Kirby's GCN adventure. However, I sent HAL designs and concepts for my own personal design for a robotic Dedede. The game concept revolved around Kirby being poisoned and the cooler, yellow Kirby going on a quest to find some medication for Kirby. This would delve into the pros and cons of medication as an absolute solution for illness, and reflect on the current pill popping ideaology modern North America seems so dependent upon these days. Of course, the irony would be that RMD not only gave Kirby the poison, but also made the pill to cure the symptoms. And I mean, what if the same parallels occur in modern society? After all, so many pills seem to give you other problems solvable by pill. Our society really needs to consider what we're d-- man I want to be a pharmacist what am I talking about! Pop away, guys!

Right. Kirby. ...Yes. HAL smokes. Legal stuff though. Hookah or something, I think it's called.

Bagel: RMD won't be in a game because he would need too much medication and all that running around would make him crazy.

Bagel: Well, I personally didn't like the anime at all, but I suppose they had the route of making Kirby either how they did or EXTREME!!!11!11!1 They opted not to have him be a hairy, muscle-bound man, so they decided to make him act like a baby, as you put it.

RMD: Like I said. HAL is on the hookah. Yeah, I personally found the anime a let down, but what can you do. You win some you lose some. The anime's point wasn't to be a cartoon adaptation of the games, and in that way it alienated some people, and brought others in. I'm obviously part of the former group, and I can surmise you are part of that group too. Live strong!!!

Bagel: No RMD, kindar reset her Gameboy because she saved right before the battle. So no harm done.

Bagel: Marble Madness. And not the 8-bit version, the real arcade one, or at least the Genesis version, which was okay. Oh, and Tetris Classic, which is basically DOS Tetris with bizarre Russian music and interrogations about Pushkin's life for it's little security mechanism.

Bagel: Some time in the mid-24th century. There's an episode of Star Trek called "The Pink Problem" in which Captain Picard becomes addicted to this new Kirby game and as a result, is fired from his job at IHOP.

Bagel: Obscure ice cream frightens me. I've seen lobster ice cream before, it's just not right.

As far as regular ice cream goes, I'm all for coffee ice cream with chocolate sprinkles.

In Kirby Super star, Why is tomoe throw an "only Kirby move"? I can't see a reason why Knuckle Joe can't do it...

Bagel: Knuckle Joe had recently had a nar-death experience and got very serious, and as a result, he requested to be called Knuckle Jospeh. As a result, George Steinbrenner disabled him with his old man rage.

How is it that Kirby can eat several tons of food and enemies yet he never has to take a crap?

Bagel: How do you know he doesn't? I mean, you don't see what he does when you turn your Gameboy/console off. I bet if you looked inside one of those, you'd find tons of Kirby droppings.

Hellow krr. this is more of a question. When can I become a staff member? I could upload kirby adventure, nightmare in dreamland, amaxing mirror and eventually melee sound effects for the site. (I already sent the KSS effects a while ago wich took me several hours!) . I could also show differant merchandise. I even make games too. I'm not good at html but if I can learn to make a full game, I'm aure I can learn whatever it is to help with this site in no time!

Why do you think there is only one Squishy in an obscure area of Moonlight Mansion, in the entire game of Kirby and the Amazing Mirror?
