Like a group of
unforgiving delinquents hell-bent upon destroying the remnance of what
innocence your life might have ever had, the on-call members of the KRR
Mailbag storm onto the scene, ready to serve a familiar function, but
one which probably annoys them more than it does you! I'm your show
host RMD, and here are this edition's lovely contestants!:
Diddgery is back. Out of popular demand. Yes.
HAHA PSYCHE! NO HE'S JUST HERE AGAIN BECAUSE I LET HIM!!?
He is happily eating bees once more.
Asotoku, misanthropic and entirely corrupt forum administrator, comes before you all today with a message--
sorry I had it written down somewhere but I just can't seem to find it
now oh gosh is it this-- there are coffee stains all over this how on
earth can I read this
Shiro is
old-school. He's actually the dude that testtastes the bees before
Diddgery eats them. It's a health and safety issue, you know. All that.
Good stuff. Excellent stuff, really. A real bang-up job, as it is.
Disaster
is a first-year college student who has had so many girlfriends and so
many rounds there's hardly a person who hasn't heard the tales of the
One Man Disaster Crew, or at least a person who hasn't been gently
caressed by him. He took a moment from a ...sorority activity... to
join us today in answering ...letters.

AgentS:
Hey, there.
Anyway, why do you post the mail from people who don't even
have a question or anything smart to say? Is it so you can post cynical
responses that cynical psychos like me are entertained by?
RMD: Wow. You read us like a book, AgentS. Yes, the Kirby's Rainbow
Resort Mailbag is a periodic html update, dedicated to bringing you,
AgentS, and your cynical psycho peers your dose of entertainment, most
definitely. You have determined this mailbag's exact purpose, AgentS,
in what must have been a single glance after the page loaded, AgentS,
because your cynical psycho mind can immediately recognize the cynical
response system upon which this mailbag is built, AgentS.
Asotoku: That, and the rest of the stuff we get is pure crap anyway. Usually repeats. And spam.
Diddgery: My mom told me I wasn't supposed to talk to psychos.
Shiro: ... i'll response you. >:(
Disaster:
Well I assume that most questions that are sent in have already been
answered before, so the weird ones are answered to mix things up a bit.
vinnykirby:
Hello, everyone! I asked KW some questions, and now I'm here! So anyway, here are the great questions I bestow upon you:
1) How famous is the KRR mailbag? Is it more popular than the forums or less popular than the comics?
2)
I'm a glitch hunter! In Kirby Air Ride can you tell me some glitches?
(I asked KW and he never answered.) You don't have to answer this one.
3) Does KRR have a freewebs website? If so, I'd love to go on it!
4)
This isn't Kirby related. Anyway, in the New Super Mario Bros, someone
said in the final level, after they fought Bowser, they fought Kirby!
Is this possible?
Thanks for your time. Oh, and RMD, I like puppies too... hehehe... XD
Shiro:
1) .. .?! learn to word questions. but i wouldn't really know :(
2) uh, in city trial if you get enough health the bar goes offscreen??? i don't know if this counts
3) w-why would KRR need a freewebs site if it has a perfectly good website right here
4) ITS A TRAP
Disaster:
1.) The mailbag is the main reason that some people come to the website, because the mailbag is awesome.
2.) I posted a topic about Kirby breakdancing in City Trial some time ago, but I'd rather not look for it...
3.) Freewebs? What?
4.) ...The person you heard that from is dumb.
Asotoku:
1) I doubt they're more popular than the forums. And comics? What comics?
2) The entire game is a glitch :(
3) Why do we need a freewebs one when we're hosted by classicgaming and gamespy?
4) Yes. You have to beat the game twelve times with Mario then twelve
times with Luigi, then beat the game as the unlocked Peach and you
fight Kirby. Beat him within three seconds to unlock him as playable
character. Maybe.
Diddgery:
1) More popular than the forums? The forums aren't like a Q&A
thing, it's a huge community. I'd say it's more popular than the fan
comics, though, because the fan comics are kind of..inactive? I don't
know.
2) I don't know any glitches in KAR.
3) What Shiro said. Or what Aso said. It's hard to tell them apart sometimes.
4) HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAno.
RMD: 1)
The KRR Mailbag is the forefront of Kirby's Rainbow Resort. It is the
central nervous system of this website, as well as its external visage
and interface. It is both its head and rear, its left hand and its
right, its mind and its heart, its outer chocolate shell and its
delicious inner vanilla coating-- as well as the delicious toy inside!
No, not really.
2) Outside of the one where if you fly high enough you can go on the
other side of the waves lining the city in City Trial, I don't know any
glitches in particular.
3) No! But I do! I won't link though because that's advertising oh my goodness D:!!
4) DUDE WHAT I AM GONNA GO BUY NSMB NOW
Should I buy it to expose the hoax? $15-20 is pretty cheap.
Diddgery: Yeah, sure, waste your money on a fake game. Sounds like a great idea.
RMD: The last time I read up on the manner, Kirby: Red Diamond
is just Nightmare in Dreamland in a box. And for anyone thinking this
is exciting, no no no, this is a hoax game and that's the reason you've
heard nothing regarding the matter.
Disaster: People still think they can sell that fake garbage?
Asotoku: Nobody bidded on it anyway. Smart people in Australia. Or just a lack of Kirby fans.
Shiro: to be honest that would be a waste of money. why buy a fake game when you can buy a real one for around the same price?
washerrob348:
BOOM BOOM BOOM BANG BANG BANG BANG BAM I AM W. MACHINE BOOM BOOM BANG
PSH FSH BAM I BANG ALL DAY INSTEAD OF CLEAN BOOM BOOM BOOM BANG BANG
RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
RRRRRRRR
RMD:
This is right up AgentS's alley! AgentS' alley of cynical psychos! Or
is this AgentS when he hasn't taken his medication? Or perhaps it is a
completely sane AgentS, who has decided to liberate
himself from societal constraints, and throw common sense and self
control to the wind, embracing the madness of anarchy and he, AgentS,
dedicating himself to a... life of Maytag kitchen and washing
appliances, evidently. As AgentS might deduce!
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the KRR Mailbag. Send us the most incoherent
messages you can think of, and we just might give it the attention it
wholy does not deserve the smallest ration of! Because that is its
exact purpose, as AgentS so cleverly deduced earlier in this edition!
Diddgery: WISHYWASHYBANJO
Disaster: Get back to Robot Chicken, you!
Shiro: ¡APRENDA A HABLAR INGLES POR FAVOR!
Magi:
Who is the coolest dude ever? HINT: It's probably Magi
Aso and Shiro, best buds for life: i think it's magic lass
Diddgery: Strong Bad...?
Disaster: Can I use a lifeline?
RMD:
I am trying to think of the correct sexual innuendo involving Al Gore
and Powerade so that I might best be able to answer your inquiry, Magu.
rm88:
Hi guys! I'm a new Kirby fan, so
I recently found this great site ^_^ Now, I've been playing as Kirby in
SSBM lately since my best character (Peach) is not confirmed for Brawl
yet. I noticed Kirby is WAY less effective than in the first SSB, do
you think he'll improve in Brawl?
Thanks!
RMD: He throws dudes in a pot and boils them alive. If that's not improvement, well, I just don't know anymore.
Diddgery:
I'm hoping for a ranged move. Beam or Cutter would be pretty cool! And
I bet that Solid Snake Kirby will be AWESOME. But chances are his
moveset won't change in the slightest....which would be lame.
Disaster: I think that Brawl will be really similar to Melee, actually. So don't get your hopes up.
Asotoku: I bet he'll suck more. ;D
Shiro: ... i have no idea. do i look like a nintendo employee to you!?!
Moneer:
What is kirby's last name.
it is a tumbleweed
Guy:
Ever wonder what the world would be like if everyone dies cept you two?
Disaster: Two?... I count five.
Shiro: I ONLY COUNT FOUR OF US
Asotoku: The number of us
changes every time we do the mailbag. I'll assume you mean me, Shiro
and RMD. That's two people really. Me and Shiro are the same people. Me
and RMD would probably just.. go wild. Without sex. I'm not doing it
with a robot.
RMD: I think the forums would not be as active... I'd be bored sometimes...
Diddgery: Can you speak Beaver?
Kirbster98:
i wanna now if there will be another ability art contest..
please, i just wanted email you a pic of my ability art..
please, is there any?
Disaster:
You're asking the wrong people Kirbster, since none of us were the ones
that held that contest. (Plus AbilityFest only accepts pictures of
Kirby, just so you know.)
Asotoku: We had an ability art contest?
Shiro: ability art contest? isn't there a whole section devoted to ability art?
Diddgery: I suggest you ask Ivyna J. Spyder about it, not the mailbag fellows.
CK:
HO SHI
Aren't you the LEGENDARY GoldenKirby that I once knew and loved? D:
..I haven't been to this site in forever
RMD:
Asotoku: glod is indeed the LEGENDARY GoldenKirby. Although he's more than legendary now. And he isn't even wrinkly! Much.
Shiro: no. no i'm not. but you still love me, right? :(
Disaster: glod went by capital letters at one point?
SUPERFOX5:
Hello, I was just wondering:
1. Do you work much with Ivyna?
2. Do you watch the anime too?
3. Do you have a Wii?
Shiro:
1) no
2) no
3) no
THREE CHAIN COMBO
RMD:
1) no
2) no
3) no SIX CHAIN COMBO
Diddgery:
1) On the forums a bit, I guess.
C-C-COMBO BREAKER!!
2) No.
3) Yes I certainly do!
Asotoku:
1) Forum wise sure!
2) hahahahaha
3) Yes! I don't play it.
Disaster:
1) Sometimes, with Wikipedia-related nonsense.
2) I'm not addicted to it, but I watch it sometimes.
3) But of course; who doesn't?
kapu's howl:
How do i make an acount me and my friend love kirby<3
Asotoku: how do i shot web?
Shiro: well this may be a long shot, but the register button might help somewhat.
just a hint.
Diddgery:
Huh? ....Oh, wait, it took me a while to figure out what you meant due
to your lack of punctuation. If you're talking about the forums, then
what Shiro said.
Disaster: Push Button, Receive Bacon.
RMD: Push Button, Send Lame E-mail.
Michael:
Dear Staff of Kirby’s Rainbow Resort ! I write you this mail
to inform you that it would be great that your website work with every
Browser that include Opera as your webpage do show bad code text
when in opera but it is not because of browser incompatibility as by
masking my browser identity as Internet Explorer or Firefox show the
good code and the page is view normally . I also have save on my Hard
Drive Disk the webpage that is show in Internet Explorer or Firefox
and open it with my browser Opera and everything was show as it was
meant to be so that immediately mean that your website «sniff« browser
and give them a bad code if it isn’t the one it want and that
quite prejudice as it show normally the webpage in opera when you hide
it identity as one of the two other browser. Is also looked in the
Source Code of the webpage and the one that display the bad one have a
extra line of code which when pasted in the other Source code of the
good webpage don’t change anything and also some text line
are missing in the one that is show when the identity is set as the
default one. So I ask you to try finding the cause and Open the Web and
here are some reason to Why Open the Web
Thank you in advance
Sorry
if I did some error in my orthography as English is my first language I
talk but I do my best to write it the best that I can …
地下へのエスカレーターの先には!!!!!!!!! Shiro: i'm not part of the site staff at all so have fun, guys. BLAHAHA HAH AHAAHAHAHA
Disaster: tl;dr Diddgery:
......Wow, this is a long one. Uh, I think a few guys fixed that up
after someone noticed all the crazy crap that showed up on the Wii's
Opera broswer. P.S. Sending the mailbag a letter isn't really a good
way to reach the staff.
Da Bomb-omb:
Yup, I'm back again. No mailbag over the last week, and probably not
for another week or two, so I guess I'll go ahead and send you another
letter.
I remember this question in a mailbag a long time ago,
but since (most) of the answerers are different now, I'll ask it again:
How did each of you guys choose your online names? Me, it was just more
of a spur-of-the-moment random Mario-related name. I usually go by
different names on different sites, though. (BTW, yes, I know it's
spelled "Bob-omb", not "Bomb-omb". :P) Shiro: well to be honest i jammed a few keys and put in some vowels. great success!!
RMD: I could sit here for an hour, but RMD is short for Robo Mecha Dedede and the rest is, well...
Boring.
Diddgery:
Didgeri-doo is a cool instrument with a cool name, so I went with the
first part, albeit spelled differently. And my old screenname was just
my real name in Pig-Latin. Creative, eh?!
Asotoku:
Oh, now this is actually an interesting question. More questions should
be cool like this. Mine is literally just something completely made up
off the top of my head. I needed a name for a character in Ragnarok
Online, so I sat there and thought. I originally thought 'Astoku', but
it seemed a little bare, so I added an extra 'o'. If that happened now
I'd probably just use Aso or Captain Aso, but oh well, the name stuck.
As for names I've gone by in the past, well. They were stupid and generic. Let's just pretend they never existed.
Disaster:
...Y'know, I honestly forgot. I guess that I thought disaster was a
cool word back then, and just stuck kirby after it.
Apemasta':
Hello. I'm new around KRR, but I've always been a fan of the series. My
fandom only dates back to The Crystal Shards, but I've played all Kirby
games since. the thing is, I'm not sure whether to buy Kiby: Squeak
Squad or not. I've heard mixed reviews; some people say it's a filler
game, and some say it's wonderful. I'd like an expert's opinion. Is it
worth the money? I'm rather desperate for a new DS game :P Thanks in
advance!
Disaster: It's short. And kinda easy. But then again most Kirby games are like that.
Diddgery:
It's short. You'd probably be able to finish it in four, maybe five
hours. It's also low on replay value, so I'd suggest renting it
someplace rather than buying it.
Shiro: i'm uh... not exactly an expert on recent kirby games. i'm all about oldschool, mang.
RMD: Haven't played it, but it really looks to me the least inspired
Kirby game ever. However, if you think playing something with Nightmare
in Dreamland graphics, music, mood, and theme for a third time is
exactly what you want, then sure! However, I feel I can best invest my
money in other things.
And word to what Shiro said. Do yourself a favor and play a lot of the old games, Dream Land 3 and Super Star are just classic.
Da Bomb-omb:
In A.D. 2007
Mailbag was beginning.
RMD: What happen ?
Disk: Somebody set up us the bomb.
Bagel: We get signal.
RMD: What !
Bagel: Main screen turn on.
RMD: It's you !!
DBO: How are you gentlemen !!
DBO: All your mail are belong to me.
DBO: You are on the way to destruction.
RMD: What you say !!
DBO: You have no chance to survive make your time.
DBO: Ha ha ha ha ....
Bagel: RMD !!
RMD: Take off every 'MAILBAGGER'!!
RMD: You know what you doing.
RMD: Move 'MAILBAGGER'.
RMD: For great justice. Shiro: YOU HAVE TOO MUCH TIME ON YOUR HANDS.
RMD: Your chronologically later but mailbag appearance earlier letter was niftier.
cydni:
he aws a copy catre in love town
popy loved him so much he took kirdy to timmys house will he try popy
he went to love townet the end love shaun and cydni popy and dani from
cydni
Diddgery: popy wet to apply and saw a shaun bobomb bowl up
Asotoku: You should try the Adopt-an-Idiot topic. Wherever the hell it went.
Disaster: My eyes burn from the lack of coherency!
RMD: is this from dale or something
Shiro: what's this? did the phonetic formula explode??
Parting Comments:
Diddgery: i will be a mail bag! Someday!!
Asotoku: what sort of f cking mailbag was that?
Shiro:
Disaster: Eh, not that bad. Not that good either.
Not our worst mailbag by any means!
Here's an idea for next mailbag, and by no means do you have to adhere
to it, but for mailbag 35, I'm going to revive the really old theme
idea! For the next mailbag, send us a letter telling us what your
favorite Kirby game is, and I'll tell you why you're completely wrong
and Kirby's Dream Land 3 is a much better one!
