Sorry for the delay, but many things have happened recently.

Anyway, we're back from the dead!

Apart from Shiro and RMD, they took the suicide party too seriously.

So today's brainwashing will be administered by me, Captain Aso.

This is my first time editing a mailbag, so if there are stupid errors then it's my fault.

Wildrows was dragged, kicking and screaming, into mailbag #41.

Diddgery gave up spending time with his family to do this mailbag. However, Asotoku sent him back to them as family is the most important thing in the world. In other words, Asotoku was still getting prepared for the mailbag.

Disaster was forced to fix his broken laptop or something so he could come here and answer questions that often have no general point.

glod joined us a short while into this mailbag, and has regretted it ever since.

Do you think that some of the older ablities (like Jet and Yo-yo) should be brought back for the Kirby Wii game? Oh, I just got a Wii. How do you beat the Forest temple in Twilight Princess. And the Squeak Squad should be assist trophies. :^\

Diddgery: Yo-Yo, Jet, Plasma, and Wing. I guess a few others could come back too, but I'd be really happy to see those four. As for the Dorroche Gang as an assist trophy... actually I think I'd be cool with just Spinni? Ninja stars, oh yeah.
P.S. ever heard of GameFAQs?

Disaster: 1.) Mirror. Freaking MIRROR.
2.) Don't you hit a giant monkey in the butt with your sword? Something like that.
3.) Dorroche chucking stars all over would be neat.

Wildrows: I'd like all the old abilities to come back in any new Kirby game. If it happens to be the Wii game, great, if not, we can keep wishing. As for Zelda, I'll have to point you to GameFAQs. Finally the Dorroche Gang, and really a lot of Kirby enemies, would make great Assist Trophies.

Asotoku: Old abilities would be great. I'm a sucker for nostalgic stuff.

I check Smash Bros Dojo every day for the daily updates Sakuri puts on there, and I was pretty darn happy when I saw a Kirby update for the first time in about two months. I think it was a great idea to put Knuckle Joe in the game, he's a character that we haven't seen for a while. As for other assist trophies, I'd like to see Kracko. He'd liven things up on the battlefield, I'm sure.

Now, for my questions:
1) What characters would you, the mailbag staff, like to see as assist trophies?
2) Who's your main on Melee? Mine's Kirby. No, I don't care if he is low-tier, I'm good with him.

Asotoku: 1) Cyborg Ninja from Metal Gear. Playable character would be even beter.
2) I don't really have a 'main,' but the closest would be Ganondorf.

If the creator wants to make Kirby's first RPG called "Paper Kirby", what characters from the franchise will you like to appear as a group?

Diddgery: Do you mean Sakurai? I, uh, I don't think he'd do that. Y-yeah... also, um, you should use 'would you' not 'will you'.

Disaster: Hm... Waddle Dees and Doos, the Knights... um... bah, Kirby doesn't need any helpers!

Wildrows: I dunno how a Kirby RPG would work, but people said the same about a Mario RPG, and look how that turned out! As for a group, maybe the Kirby 64 group could get together again.

Asotoku: The guys from KDL3 and the helpers from KSS.

For the Assist Trophies in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, I would like to see either Ado, or Adeleine, Ribbon from Kirby 64, Chuchu from Dream Land 3, and Kine from Dram Land 2 & 3.

Diddgery: I'd say I'd make a good assist trophy, but I'm already confirmed for Brawl (see: last mailbag) so I think Wild should be an assist trophy.

Disaster: I would burn this mail too. I mean c'mon, Sakurai?

Wildrows: I don't even know what to say here.

Diddgery: I'd burn Shiro's cannon.

glod: You know, cannons probably don't burn well. You'd probably end up burning the fuse first and firing yourself (because you would already be in the cannon)

YAY DEDEDE!!! How much are you gonna bet that his final smash will be a giant hammer? Also, I agree with that one person said about Diggery being a playable character, you'd be awesome! And the weird thing is that i'm sending this using my wii!

As for the assist trophies theme, um, I know not! I guess it would have to be Blade Knight, Parasol Waddle Dee, or Simirror!

What do you think Meta Knight's involvment will be in Brawl's new story mode? I'm wondering if he was directly responsible for dropping those things out of the Halberd, or if it was just hijacked by someone and used for that purpose.

Wildrows: I've learned that there's no point speculating and arguing over these things. Because it could be anything. Anything at all.

Disaster: Meta Knight was definitely jacked of his Halberd, I'm thinking. But then again, Wario is apparently a bad guy in Subspace Emissary, so who knows?

Diddgery: They stole the Halberd, Meta Knight's pissed and joins the party.

Asotoku: They might not even state his intentions. He just fights you, then joins you and fights the big bad. All mysterious and such.

Asotoku: sup man

Diddgery: never leave us with superhero-esque dudes again ;^;

Disaster: That was quite scary.

Diddgery: OH GOD HOW DID YOU FIND THI-- h-hi little brother!! um, you emailed the mailbag! that's, um, that's nice. heheh..y-yeah.

I wish I could say I didn't send anything in because I was busy, but that wouldn't be entirely true. I... forgot about the mailbag, heheh. At any rate, I AM busy right now, so this'll have to be short and sweet (or maybe just short.)

On the topic of Assist Trophies, I think it's a great idea. It gives characters that don't have a chance as playable characters (not enough moves) to appear in matches. Also, now with the ATs, Geno's sure to appear in one form or another... he was third (or was it second?) most requested on the old Japanese Smash Bros. Brawl site, after all.

Knuckle Joe... great character. He looks a bit odd from the front, but when viewed from the side, he still looks like the old Knuckle Joe we all know and love. I'm looking forward to unleashing the power of Rising Breaks on my opponents... heheh.

Well, now, from the Kirby Franchise... off of the top of my head, either Simirror (Mirror... my favorite ability) or Biospark (yes, I do believe ninjas are better than pirates.) T.A.C. might also be cool if he could transform into a computer-controlled "clone" of you and assist for a minute or so.

What, however, would be the one character (Kirby-related or not) you would most like to see as an AT, whether they're practically guaranteed to be in or they have basically no chance at all? Myself, I think Phoenix Wright would be pure awesomeness as an AT. Don't know what he would do besides point and yell "Objection!", but it would still be awesome. He doesn't have much of a chance (read: none), but I figure, if Dr. Wright from SimCity can be in, why not Phoenix?

And on the topic of Meta Knight, I find it interesting that the Subspace Emissary is using the Halberd. I heard an interesting theory on this a while back at TMK...
