This is a novelty section. If you read it once, you’ll probably never have to read it again – unless you feel something about something is missing. In that rare case, just go on the forums in its Site Discussion to point this out. However, only raise a ruckus about that, if you are somewhat informed over what is missing, and if it is actually important or worth an entire paragraph and not a single line. We do not intend to update this very often, if ever again, once this section is up and running.
Being creative is a hard business, HAL Laboratory knows this well. Since humankind has been around for so long, being “Original” is almost impossible to do. Almost every idea that could be produced by the human mind has already been circulated. You could write an original short story or novel to put up for show, only to find out that there was another short story with similar aspects already published almost a decade ago – you had no idea of this of course. The best thing to do is adapt to this, embrace it by trying to offshoot or alter on other ideas that are already out there. As long as you do this in a hardcore fashion, you can turn something old, into something new.
This is most notable in the Kirby of the Stars Anime, with all the parodies they have done, but there are also many notable references in the Kirby Game series too. Most of them feature ancient to contemporary mythology references – mostly Japanese Mythology, since Kirby is native to Japan, however there are also a slight few ones that sort of relate to Arab Mythology and Egyptian Mythology. After some research and asking around, I have written this to point out the connections between Kirby and various types of Spirits, Ghosts and Monsters that most of us “modern-types” might or might not be familiar with.
Please have fun reading. It is sometimes cool to learn something new. - Meta Warp
