"...Fire!" screamed a soldier. A humongous blasting sound
shook up the whole crew of the Halberd II. Kirby and
Dynablade were seen falling to the ground. Please,
don't come back Kirby. Please...
Suddenly
Kirby was flying back up onto the massive ship. "Guards!,"
yelled Meta-Knight, "Kill him!" Then guards were flying left
and right as the unstoppable puffball made its way onto the
deck. Let's try something different.
Meta-Knight then screamed over the intercom, "Shoot Kirby
with the cannons!"
Waddle
Dee went up to Meta-Knight. "Uh...we can't. You told us to
focus all our power into the cannons earlier, when Dynablade
came. Now there's barely enough power to keep us in the
air," he informed him. Why
does this happen to me? Wait! Perhaps Kirby hasn't beaten
the Dededebot yet. Maybe it still works.
Meta-Knight's
answer came a second later when Kirby whipped out the
Dededebot's head and used it as a bowling ball, with the
Halberd II's crew as the pins. Okay, another plan! I
need another plan. Ah-ha! "Full scale attack!"
yelled the leader over the intercom. Suddenly all of the
ship's crew dived on top of Kirby. Meta-Knight waited a
second, and then Kirby burst out of the pile, with only a
few minor scratches. He's running toward me!
Meta-Knight then disappeared out of nowhere, too
fast for Kirby to catch him.
The
Halberd II was facing problems of the extreme. And for all
big problems, you need big answers. I was waiting to
use this later, but drastic times call for drastic measures.
All of a sudden Meta-Knight pressed a button on his
belt. Little did his crew know, but deep underwater a door
was opening. Out of it came a colossal machine. It swam like
a submarine out of the water, and then used jetpacks to find
its way to directly above Butter Buildings, where the
Halberd II was. It then grew legs and attached them to the
ship. It walking its way up to the deck and blasted at a
tiny, but destructive pink puffball.
Yes! You came, this time with paint-proof
armor!
The
Heavy Lobster II shot at Kirby a few more times before using
a magnet-like technique it had to attach the pink warrior to
its body. It then flew into the sky and shot Kirby onto the
ground. Next, with lighting-fast speed, the Heavy Lobster II
supplied half of its power to the Halberd II. Man, I
think of everything, don't I? By the time Kirby
started flying back up, the Halberd II had enough power to
give the hero of Dreamland a taste of his own medicine. A
vacuum-like door opened up, and sucked Kirby inside a large
room, which just so happened to be the same room Heavy
Lobster II was in.
