Yes... with the power of the Star Rod I will be able
to destroy Kirby. Ah... it always helps to have a backup
plan, or two...or three... Anyway, Kirby will be dead, I
will be ruler of Dreamland. Who's asking questions? Okay,
now for Phase One. A tired Meta-Knight swam to the
surface of Orange Ocean, and looked around, observing his
surroundings. Where could it be? Ah-ha! He
looked at the rubble of his old castle and swam toward it.
Upon reaching the fort, Meta-Knight ran inside and began to
dig into the ground.
I
really should've made some mark, and X or something. But, no
matter, I've found it. The metallic soldier reached
into the dirt and pulled his hand out to reveal a second
tiny gem, this one red. Okay,
now I just need one more, and I know exactly where to find
it. The thing is, why does it have to be so hard to
retrieve?
Meta-Knight
flapped his wings a flew into the air like an eagle. It took
hours, but eventually he reached Mt. Dedede, and flew to the
top of the castle.
"Sir
Meta-Knight, good to see you! Where's the ship?" greeted a
possessed Dedede.
"Nevermind
that. Release the penguin!" ordered Meta-Knight.
"If
you say so," replied Dark Matter/Dedede. Suddenly a large
black orb with one giant eye crawled out of the unconscious
king. "What brings you here?"
"I
need your Dream Gem."
"WHAT!!!
I refuse! Giving it to you would induce chaos! You already
have the other two, and the Star Rod!"
Ugh...
not cooperating, eh... "I am willing, an prepared,
to fight you for it," announced Meta-Knight as he unsheathed
his sword.
"You
fight me, the ultimate ruler, no, essence of evil! Ha! I'd
have you down on the ground in the first minute!"
I
beg to differ. Meta-Knight dived on top of Dark
Matter as shoved his sword into his back. But suddenly, the
dark blob absorbed into the sword, and it started floating
in the air. It slashed and tore at Meta-Knight's armor, but
he didn't give up. The sinister soldier reached behind his
back and pulled out the Star Rod. It began to glow.
"Aaaaaahhhhh!
It burns! It burns!" scream Dark Matter as he fell from the
sword, "I give up. You win!"
"I
thought so," said Meta-Knight calmly as he reached his hand
into the orb's eye and pulled out the pupil. Yes,
the final gem. Now, all I have to do to destroy Kirby is
activate the three in the most sacred place in the universe.
The owner of all three Dream Gems flew into space
and onto the battlefield where Kirby and Marx once fought.
Here it is, I can feel the Star Rods power flowing
through me already. Meta-Knight then proceeded to
put all three gems into the Star Rod. After the Dream Gems
were placed, the rod morphed into a humongous sword, twice
the size of Meta-Knight. Come
and get it, Kirby.
