There is the place called Mirror Country far up in the skies of Dream Land where Kirby lives.

It is a dream-like world where any wish reflected in the mirror would come true.

However, one day the mirror only copied evil minds, and rapidly transformed into a world of evil.

A knight who had noticed what was occurring, Meta Knight, flew off to save the Mirror Country.

One day, Kirby is enjoying a stroll before a pitch-black Meta Knight appears.

Before the drowsy Kirby could react, his sword came down on him!
 

Just like magic, Kirby is chopped into four people.

After being cut with the sword, the four different colored Kirbies chase after the escaping black Meta Knight.

And then they reached the Mirror Country.
 

What was happening there was the battle of two Meta Knights.

One was the usual Meta Knight, and the other was the black Meta Knight...

The black Meta Knight was Dark Meta Knight, created by copying Meta Knight's dark side with the mirror.

The Meta Knight defeated in the battle is confined inside the mirror.

The mirror is then broken into eight fragments.

Now can only Kirby save the Mirror Country?!

Now a raucous, huge adventure begins!
