After you roll the dice,
you'll come to a part with two red bumpers. Just hop and
the bumpers and wait. The bumpers will keep you going back
and forth and you'll seen become invincible and knock out
that red bumper. Then, you can hop in the hole under the
red bumper, and hop to the right where a red star is
waiting.
