Theme for next mailbag: What would you like to see in a Mario Kart-esque Kirby racing game? In terms of characters, items, stages, etc.

If there was a Mario Kart-like Kirby game, it would probably share many similarities to Kirby's Air Ride.

If they do make a Kirby Kart, the Halberd definitely needs to turn into a kart.

I find it sad that people started becoming interested in the Metal Gear series after Snake appeared in Brawl. But I supposed that if it can happen with Fire Emblem, it can happen with Metal Gear.

I agree with noah roush. They do need to make a sequal to Air Ride, except add online capabilities and add something like the Classic mode in Brawl, but with racing. Also, you should be able to design your own "Kirby".

O.O Here's an awesome idea for a stage: a tour of Dedede's Castle! Just like the Bowser's Castle stage in Double Dash!!

Asotoku probably made Mario Kart-esque Kirby game as the next theme 'cause he kept mentioning Mario Kart Wii throughout the mailbag XDDD

What if they made a bunch of these games for big franchises and bundled it up into Nintendo Racing? Then you could have Kirby hop on a Warp Star in order to race through Mushroom Bridge against Samus in her Gunship. That sounds like the most extravagant racing game ever! I didn't think of that until you made me think of Mario Kart and Kirby's Air Ride at the same time. Thank you, Asotoku.

Kid Kirby No.1, it DID have LAN, but it wasn't completely online. I'm talking wireless and for the Wii.

Lei, what I meant by that was choose Kirby's skin color, feet color, and cheek color. I think that'll make the sequel that'll never come more interesting. :P

A Kirby's Air-ride sequel with more characters (Kirby, Dedede, MetaKnight, Adeleine, Dark Matter, Gooey, Rick, Kine, Nago, Pitch, Chuchu, Coo and other friends) and more tracks is a good idea, but Super Smash Kart is too (Link on his boat, Falcon on Blue Falcon as Toad XD, Kirby on the Warpstar or Wheelie, Samus on the spaceship etc)
