Project R.A.I.N.B.O.W. - Part IV


    What's happening now? Actually, it should have happened a while ago. With what should have been the first release of the project, and more than just because it's the first letter, Rainbow Resort presents:

FEATURE R - RSS FEED

    This site has come out of the old technological age and into the new(er) technological age. Now, all the site updates and remaining Projects can be monitored via a feed stream or whatever you call it. I dunno. I don't even use feeds, personally, but, if you do, there you go.

This is in fact a really good update. I just wished there was an option for the RSS to only show the news post.. and not -ALL- new things.. Maybe seperate RSS feeds?

My only complaint is that you didn't get all seven updates by the end of July.

But it is a small complaint. Good luck with the rest of the updates.

To get it to work on FireFox:
Click the orange logo (either the one next to the large Kirby or the one above the Quick-It list)
Then choose 'View Feed XML' (on the right side of the page)
Then similar to making a Bookmark, you'll be asked where you want your feed to be placed.

In easier ways, you can also click the orange logo to the right of the website address in the URL bar.. which will ask you if you want the main updates or the quick-it updates, and when picking either one you'll get to be asked where it is... yeah this way is definately easier.

The feed is essentially valid; those errors just mean the rare RSS reader that isn't very good at what it's doing is going to have problems with it, and my guess is it'd have problems with most RSS feeds out there.
tl;dr- rss validation, like html validation, isn't relevant unless you're either an OCD autistic kid or the president of the internet

krr is the former, yes, but not with respect to intricacies such as this

Off topic but have any of you seen the KRR election. Barely anyone read correctly. You had to vote the person you DIDN'T want so Meta Knight, Spanish Meta Knight and Kirby are all out of the election. :(

The elections were ruined. I guess we should have read the instructions before voting. But does voting still work that way? I hope not, or I just voted 3 more of my favorite candidates away.
