What is
Kirby's Rainbow Resort?
Kirby's
Rainbow Resort is strictly a non-profit fan
site, run by a number of fans, for fans,
period. It is a source for the newest and
latest (plus old) information on Nintendo's
Kirby character and more. It also acts as an
archive for fan items. It is not the
official site, we don't claim to be either.
So anyone with a lawyer please look
elsewhere. ;)
Can I be
staff at RR?
You are
welcome to apply for a staff position when
we have any open positions. You can find
those here.
How come I
e-mail the staff and sometimes don't get
replies?
A lot of
the times, staff members are not on
everyday, so it may be a while before they
see your e-mail. Other times, they have too
much mail and try to read and reply as much
as they can. Just wait, you'll get a reply.
Can I
submit something into RR?
Yes! That
is what we love the most - fan stuff.
If you want
to submit:
Fan Fics
- Please send it in a .txt file, or in the
actual e-mail itself.
Fan Art -
Right now, the only type of graphics
accepted are .GIF, .JPG, .BMP and .PCX. If
you are sending more than one please zip
them up.
Fan Game -
We love fan games! ;) The current file size
limit is 10 megs, please send these to
kindarspirit@yahoo.com. If your game is
bigger, special arrangements can be made.

Forget - Whenever
you send in something, don't forget to
include the e-mail address and name you want
your credit to go to.
There is a
broken link why?
Either it
has been created to be worked on, or
something was not linked up right. Please
let us
know so we can fix it!
I have a
website, will you link to me?
Sure! If it
is video game, emulation or Kirby related
most definitely. Just please link to us too,
go to the links section for information on
how.
Can I have
a button on the front?
Link
buttons on the front page and there only by
special exceptions. Either the site has been
totally awesome to us, or it's something we
consider to be extremely wonderful. Besides,
if we linked with everyone it wouldn't be a
Kirby site anymore just a link archive hehe.
Is there a
chat at RR?
Yes, you
can find the link at the message board here.
Can I use
some things off of RR?
Sure! Take
what you want (please link to us) except
anything labeled exclusive or made by
another fan. Until you ask that fan's
permission to use their creation, it is
against the law.
Is that
merchandise for sell? Or where can I get it?
Unfortunately
the only links on the bottom is the only
places we know of (right now) where you can
buy things. The pictures have been sent in
from fans who have these items, or seen on
ebay.com and saved.
Can you
please send me or put some ROMs on the site?
No. But
there are other great sites that have
them.
I can't
beat a boss, I need help with Kirby's...
Any game
help, either check our Game Guides under the
info section (which are not all the way
completed yet), or go to our message
boards to ask for help. Many friendly
people there will be sure to help you.
When I use
Kirby's Dreamland 3 or Kirby Super Star in
an emulator, the graphics are messed up. How
can I fix them?
The reason
they are messed up, is because the video
mode needs to be changed. Go to options,
video mode. You will see the option is set
to "MODEQ". You need to change it
to Vesa2. If that doesn't work, it will most
likely work for VS.1. |
