At first, this Orca seems really intimidating and hard to beat, but this battle just takes patience. If you have a favorite ability you like to use, some are actually quit useful against Acro.

The first part of the battle takes part on the sea bottom. Acro will spit out Skulls, Gordos, and fish. He'll usually move real slow, and then once he has reached a wall, he will flip and try to squash Kirby. This can be avoided by watching his shadow, and moving out of the way.

As Acro is defeated in his first phase, the floor begins to crumble. Stay a float, because you can die if you fall down the fast forming crevice! You'll then be able to swim up and be in a smaller crevice. Acro will come pop his head up and spit things out, but once he gets near the top, he'll shoot up and spit out pedos. The double bomb actually works very well again here too, but you must be cautious not to get trigger happy and let Kirby fall. After several hits, Acro will retire to the ocean floor.
