On Super Smash Bros. Melee,
we can become a little Pokémon trainer using Pokéballs
as item. When you throw one of this items, a Pokémon
will appear to attack instead of us. Also you are inmune to
the Pokémon's attack, except some species, like Electrode
or Wobbuffet.
Venusaur
- This grass-type Pokémon stomps the ground hurting
all fighters who are close to it.
Charizard
- The fire-type Pokémon will breath fire back
and forth. Becareful not to get caught in the flames.
Blastoise
- This heavy water-type Pokémon blasts water
in front of himself knocking fighters pretty far also
pushing himself back.
Cleffairy
- This
normal-type Pokémon will randomly does one of
the other Pokémon's attackes, including the most
weak attacks (like the Goldeen's Splash ability)
Electrode
- This dangerous electric-type Pokémon will explode
after a few seconds usualy knocking out any one to close
to it. Be careful, this attack also hurts you if you
are close to it!
Weezing
- The poison-type Pokémon will do Toxic, an attack
that emits a cloud that will suck in everyone close to
it. If a fighter is in to long they could get up to 100%
damage.
Chansey
- This funny normal-type Pokémon will drop eggs
that could have items in them or recover some damage.
Goldeen
- This water-type Pokémon doesn't absolutly nothing.
Only do the Splash ability.
Staryu
- The water-type Pokémon goes to the closest fighter
and starts shooting out stars.
Snorlax
- One of the most dangerous Pokémon that appear
on the game. This huge and fat normal-type Pokémon
jumps high into the air and comes crashing
down on everyone that are close to it
Articuno
- This legendary ice-type Pokémon
freezes anyone who is too close.
Zapdos
- Another
legendary Pokémon, this time as electric-type,
that shocks anyone who is too close.
Moltres
- A
great legendary fire-type Pokémon lets
out a huge flame that usualy KO's all
who are to close.
Mew
- The
little and great legendary psychic-type Pokémon
appears only to give you a few bonus points. It has
1 in 251 chance of appearing, so it's too hard to get
it!
To
unlock: Get all the
25 characters.
Chikorita
- A
little grass-type Pokémon that fires leaf blades
horizontaly.
Cyndaquil
- Another
little Pokémon, but as fire-type, shoots flames
out similarly to the fire flower.
Togepi
- Another
funny normal-type Pokémon that makes the same move
than Cleffairy, but with different results.
Bellosom
- This
dancing grass-type Pokémon puts all nearby fighters
to sleep if they are too close.
Marill
- This funny water-type Pokémon
runs to the closest opponent pushing them around.
Wobbuffet
- Another very funny Pokémon
(psychic-type) that reflects all attackes that hit to
it. Also hurts your opponents, including you, but the
damage taken is too low (1-2%)
Scizor
- Another
of the most dangerous Pokémon that appear on Super
Smash Bros. Melee. Scizor charges at the closest opponent
knocking into the air.
Raikou
- This
legendary electric-type Pokémon shocks anyone who
are close of it.
Entei
- This
legendary fire-type Pokémon shoots fire out veritcaly.
This attack is powerful, and can hurt you over 70% damage.
Suicune
- This
legendary ice-type Pokémon releases an ice storm
that strongly damages anyone to close.
Lugia
- This
legendary Pokémon releases a wind storm that'll
hit anyone below it.
Ho-oh
- Another
legendary Pokémon, but as fire-type, unleashes
a huge flame on anyone below it.
Celebi
- This
rare and legendary Pokémon appears only to get
you the Celebi trophy. Like Mew, Celebi
has 1 in 251 chance of appearing.
