Kirby lacks a last name, or at least none is ever provided. But, no character seems to carry anything other than a basic name on Pop Star. Sometimes, these aren't even names but a string of nouns or adjectives. Why would Kirby differ from any of his countrymen and get two parts to his name?

It could be that he is like Mario and possesses the same first and last names. But, taking on other popular characters, does Link even have a last name? I think about the only non-storyline engrossed video game icon with the full package is the divine Samus Aran, but even she is less bubbly and more real, which tends to be what leads to the complete nomenclature.

It could also be that Kirby is his last name. It tends to be such more than a first name, e.g. Jack Kirby. Not many folks carry it around in the first part. More over, given Kirby's Japanese origins, that part of the world calls individuals by the last name first and tend to only use the more personal name among family as, then, how would anyone know who you were referring to?

So, Kirby's only given name is Kirby. Well, and Popopo, but that was his prototype name before he even became Kirby. What part it is or if there even is another, lips are sealed tight.

Captain Vul abandoned the ship since it was going down. There's no point in dying if no good comes from it. That bird was crashing into the sea. He didn't have anything to prove.

Vul had the right to call the Meta Knights cowards as they failed at their task. Captain Vul isn't a fighter but a pilot/sailor/captain. He directs the ship. He did his task fine until the ship was damaged to severely to perform it. What could he hope to do against a guy who took out an entire ship's fleet single handed with his zero combat training? No, the Meta Knights are suppose to be martially adept. They failed and deserved the harsh words against them.

A good captain does go down with the ship, normally when they actually have a history together. When the ship is a part of your livelihood, you feel for it a lot more. If you just bought a car and crashed it later that afternoon, you don't feel much emotional loss over attachment to the vehicle. That is the case with the Halberd. It was just launched. No one really had anything emotionally invested in it. Besides, that saying applies to sea captains. Halberd was an air ship.

1) The Crystal Gun is the top final weapon. The Star Rod is pretty magical, but, in the end, it's used to get rid of a push over. The Rainbow Sword and Love-Love Stick are both brought forth upon gathering the surrounding power from Pop Star, but they don't take on the top tier of villainy. Star Chariot, Master, and Triple Star are all light weights, and I don't even acknowledge them as in the running. The one just shoots up Nova's innards, the second is used as a regular ability, and the latter is just a magic stick the bad guy dropped. These lack the legendary and supreme presence of the "gathered" weapons. It falls to reason that the most outstanding final weapon would, of course, match up with the most dominant final boss, 02.

2) How about we look at the fact that Kirby's skin is always changing color, Waddle Doo's eye has swelled unbelievably over the years, that King Dedede himself looks quite different, that the entire structure of Pop Star is remade between every title, or that I just touched on Dedede's castle changes. The only real basis of split fortress forms is that King Dedede's crib was carried off by an super-inflated Kirby. This ushers in the second form, Dark Castle, which may or may not have been Dark Matter's doing. The King really isn't the kind to rock the "dark" look, after all, so I'd suspect that the evil entity had a hand in the decorations. Flash forward to the frozen fort of Dream Land 3, and it may, by all right, be the same or a remodeled version of Dark Castle. Next comes the face with absolutely no real reason, the Squeak Squad castle. This simply was, "Duh, let's change it to make it more like the show." So, really, there's an explanation for all of them. They aren't good reasons, just explanations.

3) If this was the Dream Spring sans the Star Rod, then all the residents of Pop Star would be without sweet dreams. Plus, the fountain flows water, not stars. I'm shocked, too. This was just a spring, not the spring.

The voice for Sword Knight is never attached to a name, that I or any other source seems to be familiar with, so it is very well possible that they lost the actor for the grand 100th episode spectacular. That, or since it was done as a "movie", they could have pulled in a different guy or even, as you suggested, just told him to do it different.

And for Blade Knight, he's still an unimportant second fiddle. Dropping his horrible gimmick at that point wouldn't make any sense. The character was already dead to us all.

I've also never been to Moscow, but I can guarantee you that I can give you the information on the climate, economy, local businesses, trends, culture, and other stuff. You don't necessarily need first hand experience on a subject to report the details -- it just helps a lot. If you have to do, say, a report on Mediterranean Anemia, you don't just say, "Welp, time to get started!" and bang out page after page of information. Chances are you're going to research the matter and report the findings. I function the same way here and make no attempts to hide this fact. Why, I say that Google is one of my means right on the front page. You'd be surprised about how many answers there are to be found simply by a web search or browsing this site's contents.

One of the catches to research and study is knowing where to look helps out a lot. But, that being said, I don't know all about these. If you do some digging, you'll see that I get stumped or flub a lot of the facts pertaining to Canvas Curse and the animated series. But I wouldn't go as far to say that the last three titles are outside of my knowledge. Squeak Squad, to my understand, lacked very much content and 90% of Super Star Ultra is Super Star.

The staff doesn't do the translating, sadly. That's a third party person, or just one of the staff members. Translating Nippon is a tasking feat. I don't know anyone who can do it outside of the favored buzz Otaku words chucked around. Really, do you even need the words? Isn't the crazy expression on Kirby's face enough? The one were it looks like he's ready to devour your soul?
