Quick update
Not much today. Just a new poll, and a new set of Guru answers. Oh and I updated my FAQ.

Yeah apparently Squeak Squad is selling well! Over 800,000 copies in Japan, and I think 200,000 here is what I read. He's way more popular over there, isn't he.

Edit: Oh fine, I changed the poll options and reset it. Vote again.

800,000? Wow.

200,000 here huh? 800,000?!?! DAAAAANNNNGGG, that is amazing. As for the 200,000 it's nice to see kirby's being recognized a little more in the US. Curse me and my lack of a DS >_<

This game is awesome, i'm not surprised that so many copies were sold.
Posted by Lugidog on 4:14pm January 25th, 2007
Ah geez! Now I REALLY need to buy that game! I'm missing out on all of the fun. Still that is a huge selling sensation!

pfff...I'm not lame, you just didn't give me a choice between the two. I actually think that there would be more variety if we could combine powers AND animals to make a super power (or something of the sort). For example, combining dynomite with kine could make water mines/bombs... What do you think?
Posted by smallameangel on 6:10am January 26th, 2007
Even if you didn't say I would be lame if I chose it, I'd still choose it. :P
Posted by MetaKnight2716 on 9:02am January 26th, 2007
(gruff voice) hey! who are ya callin' lame! it would be virtually impossible to do that with animal helpers
Posted by Treco Spossi on 4:32pm January 26th, 2007
I r laem cuz I didn't notice the mixing-abilities-with-animals thing. XP;; Having animals, AND the combinations of different abilities like K64 would be great! I hope Hal does that for the next DS/Wii game. :D
Posted by Fishie on 3:21pm January 27th, 2007
In the poll it says \'Should ability mixing make a return?\' twice. Thought I\'d let you know because I doubt it\'s supposed to be that way.
Posted by NaruKabi on 5:06pm January 28th, 2007
Picky picky. It doesn't have to be perfect. I don't know why people feel obligated to point it out when their's an error in someone's work. But I'm not directing that at you. I just mean people in general
Posted by brian on 6:35pm January 28th, 2007
...Um, you put "Should ability mixing make a return?" twice on the poll. And yes, SS does rock. Out lowd.
Posted by Midna on 3:00pm January 30th, 2007
Well, it looks like I got everything for the collection mode, as I beat the game less than 2 days from last year, when I bought it from Christmas. At least I already just did smart enough about Kirby as well.
Posted by Shawne Vinson on 6:12pm January 30th, 2007
To Shawne: Hey, me too! It's fun, but, like any Kirby game, easy. Possessed Daroach was MURDER, but on the other hand, Dark Nebula was a pansy. When I beat him I was all, "That's it? That's the final boss? ...What a rip." At least the ending is cute - "The End (Really!)"
Posted by Midna on 5:40pm January 31st, 2007
hey, dark nebula's not that easy. and not all kirby games are easy. like canvas curse. it's such a pain in the rear
Posted by Treco Spossi on 6:49pm January 31st, 2007
I agree with everything minda has said. Something that really bugs me about kirby games now is that they all have giant eyes for final bosses. Kirby's Dreamland 2, Kirby's Dreamland 3, Kirby 64, Kirby amazing mirror, Kirby canvus curse, and now squaek squad. I like the games with Dedede as the boss. Which is usually the non platformers. Mecha Dedede was the only thing fun about Dream course.

Yes Indeed! But for now you just might get it, and you will follow of your dreams for in every Kirby games of series.

Warning! Spoilers below!

Every boss except Bohboh (I call him Firebird) is easy. For Boss Endurance, I take Triple Star and keep the Tornado ability in a bubble. Then, I beat bosses 1 and 2, and before I reach Mecha-Kracko, I activate Tornado. Then I destroy all bosses until I beat Possesed Daroach, then take Triple Star and destroy Dark Nebula. Then ta-da! And like I said in the poll, I completed every mode at least once. If this takes up too much space or something, feel free to delete it. Oh, and sorry if it sounds like I'm bragging.

WRONG! Dark daroach is hard
Posted by Treco Spossi on 8:07pm February 2nd, 2007
not that Bohboh isn't hard; that's not what i'm saying at all. but c'mon, you've gotta admit dark nebula's a bit hard. and dark daroach
Posted by Treco Spossi on 8:12pm February 2nd, 2007
If you use Tornado and are good at controlling it, Dark Daroach becomes pretty easy.(But, true he STILL is sorta hard then.) Besides, if you heal afterwards when you have the chance and avoid the boulders on your way to Dark Nebula, you (hopefully) have full health. And, as long as you can avoid msot Dark Nebula's attacks like I can and manage not to lose a lot of health, he's a piece of cake! (no pun intended) YUUUMMM!!! CAKE!!!!!
Posted by Tailskirby6 on 6:31am February 4th, 2007
try beating dark nebula with no ability. i tried it, and failed. without copy abilities, D.N is very hard. the challenge is diminished with copy abilities
