Well this link looks perfectly norm-GAAAAAAAAAAAAH! BOUNCY TIFF IS NIGHTMARE FUEL!!! (smashes computer in) - Me last night

Oh, uh, hi. I've got some questions...

1. Should Kirby have a partner? Although done-to-death (Mario & Luigi, Sonic & Tails, etc.) It would be cool to have someone like Gooey or T.A.C. as a reaccouring friend. 2. What do you think of the anime-to-games stuff? I would guess, eventually, they're likely to merge. Gosh I hope I'm wrong. (Shudders thinking of Tiff in a game) 3. Uh, how do use URL? I am clueless. :/ Bye!

Got a map?~

- Lost Hero

Squeaky Bogg

0) That's nothing, Hero. Ivy J. use to rock that thing as her forum avatar. And not just a still, either. The full, looping, animated process.

1) Gooey is, rightfully, Kirby's true partner and buddy. He was the closest thing to a static second player type. However, since they got really lazy and unimaginative in the games, he seems more likely to just pair with differently colored versions of himself. It's hard to really blame them for it. Not only does it allow exact duplicates for players and the graphics team but also eliminates player distinction. If Kirby hits it Wi-Fi, that'll be handy.

2) I do not think the two will completely merge. If that was to happen, it would have been done already. You strike while the iron is hot, not five years later. The two factions, thankfully, seemed to want to keep each as its own entity. What's the most the games have gotten from the show? A little hint of a monster machine, questionably the idea for some abilities, re-sinisteration of King Dedede, and packaging the Adventure remake in a more "It has a show" fashion. If that's all that happened, then its pretty good. Companies are not afraid of cross promotion. In fact, they breath it. That's why television this Friday is brought to you by a debuting movie brought to you by a cola!

3) It's easiest just to copy and paste it. People know how to do that still, right?

where do you (squeaky) get the flail from? I mean it just pops out from nowhere! Kirby's hammer is created from his ability, DeDeDe's mallet is stored either in something like link's infinite storage...thing, or in his stomach (one of the two...not sure which), but your flail...*POOF* it just appears!...or does it?...does it?

- Clone #60

Squeaky Bogg

It's a spiked ball and chain, not a flail. Typical war flails are multi-headed with tiny spinies on the end. When you lack a shaft or handle of any means, then it's just a chain. Like Gogo Yubari had!

But it comes from a perfectly logical space, even described before -- his mouth. I know I've mentioned his internal arsenal before. Didn't you ever read Siege on Rainbow Resort - Plunder of Thunder? There's actually a full spit up sequence in that.

1) Are the Ice Cream Island Crew actually you in disguise, or different gurus?

2) What user has sent in the most questions?

- Zombom

Neolan

1) No, they're just me. Really, there's only been two others, and the ICIC started out with more members than that. They're just an excuse to try and answer questions with a certain edge to them, whether it be a haughty blade master or a ditsy dame.

2) In question total, the trophy certain goes to Chimera. That guy topped out any one else in one session with twenty-two. However, for individually submitted batches of questions, I wouldn't know. I'm certainly not counting up every applicant individually, that's for sure. One of the problems with producing a guessed, probably answer to this statistic is that people go through sort of "waves" where they ask a lot of questions for a period and then fade away. No one stretches out for that long length of time that makes me recognize them as old school! I'm still pretty sure it would go to Chimera, though. He asked a lot of questions in his time.

*sigh* I ought to stop being bored.

1) I just got a copy of Kirby's Dream Land, and of course it's great, but the music for Castle Lololo sounds so familiar. Was it in any later Kirby games?

2) Do you at all miss Oshii? (He's the guy in the Session 100 movie, if you ask.)

- Paul Da Cheez

Squeaky Bogg

1) Yes, the Castle Lololo theme appeared in later games In fact, I'm almost certain that all of the tunes popped up later. If nothing else, Canvas Curse had about all remixes possible.

2) No one will miss Oshii ever. He's gone forever and certainly won't be coming back in Session #149. Yep. Bet on it.

sorry about the punchuation, you see i do'nt put that kind of stuff on my ds, you see i alway come on this website on a ds browser. for ones who don't know what it is, its a devise that alows you to search the web on the ds. ok for my first question is; cheft kawasoky or what ever the way they spell it, his voice seems thumilier, what is the voice acter's name. do meta knight use his wings in the sieris like on the games. dose the nme salla guy actuwaly have a name. if you were able to put any kirby charatur into smash brothers who would it be [ my choice would be sirica or blade knight].

- Meta Knight Fan

Squeaky Bogg

0) Get out! Really? This site loads on a non-standard browser system. That's news and quite a shock for me!

1) Cook Kawasaki is voiced by one Adam Blaustein. You may have heard this voice on such characters as Meowth in Pokémon and Solomon Muto in Yu-Gi-Oh.

2) No. The animated series' Meta Knight is never seen without his cape, which either has to be cast off or transforms into the wings, or without his mask. He keeps himself as covered as possible to fight the rabid tide of fan girls.

3) The N.M.E. salesperson is actually just named such, NME Salesguy. His Japanese name of Customer Service at least has a ring to it. How uninteresting.

4) I'd hate to burst your bubble, but I don't think that Sirica would ever be in a Super Smash Bros. title. The series focuses pretty exclusively to things from the games of the included characters. To day, and probably forever, Sirica is only in the show. Blade Knight, while he would be a pretty interesting choice, would be too similar to Meta Knight, both being Pop Starians with swords. The best character to toss into the mix, I'd say, would Waddle Dee, of course with heavy Parasol focus. That's the third most iconic character from the series, and the first two have already been made playable. Meta Knight is fourth!

I'm back. :O

How do you make those Squeaky Bogg icons?

Like, do you plan on what emotion you need to put on Squeak Bogg or what?

- Spinni

Squeaky Bogg

1) The icons are made from simple ink drawings. I scan a decent batch at a time and reduce them to black and white. I don't just mean gray scale, I mean only two, flat colors: solid black pixels or white ones. I then fill in the respective colors of the parts and characters and touch up any gaps or botches. Then, I reduce the image to about a hundred pixels square, clean up the edges, and save.

2) Foresight? Surely, you don't know me. Lately, I've been trying to only plan ahead as much as to not double use any icons in the same session. It is, for the most part, just my gut feeling developed after reading a question. Other times, I just throw one up to confuse people.

So, why did HAL keep the ability hats in every game starting at NiDL (except Canvas Curse)? Would there be a possibility of keeping plain old bald Kirby in future games?

- Torkirby

Squeaky Bogg

1) The cartoon and marketablity were the driving factors. It's a lot harder to merchandise a palette swap than it is a cool new piece of head gear. That's how you make five of the same figure with the same base and different accessories and are able to charge fans a lot for them all.

2) They won't, in my opinion, ever concede from the hats. Unless the game is something like Canvas Curse or Tilt 'n' Tumble in which Kirby rolls up and requires a wholly spherical form, he'll don a hat. They are standard issue now. There's been the same use, to date, of viable platformers with and without, but then you have to factor in the animated series, the Smash series, and up coming titles. That catapults the fors far over the againsts.

I noticed something odd in DreamLand3... The Waddle Dees have bandaids on their heads! I wonder why?...

- Waddle Dee

Squeaky Bogg

I... have never noticed any such thing, and I'm quite familiar with the Dream Land 3 graphics. Are you certain this isn't just a shine mark across their heads? Let's find out. To the Dream Land 3 Enemies Page! If you look, that's just a shine mark. Waddle Dee is, apparently, very glossy. That's not a bandage, though. Only, I believe, 02 has such a thing on his crown.

Gobby, I know you're not dead. That last session... went wrong. So answer my question, how do you get Ometon to join you in Wander Across Total Oblivion? OMETON DO NOT ANSWER THIS

- CuboneKing

Not 'em, Ometon

... Hue?

Repeat Response:

  1. Mirror Pikachu ask why Project R.A.I.N.B.O.W. is stagnant.

One more thing, if you sent a question and it didn't get answered in three days, don't send it again. It was lost in filing, no. I didn't answer it because the question was junk or could have no interesting response made for it, or not one that I would feel like righting. The classing up of this here joint has begun again. Who knows until how long before I let it slip back off?
