If there were ever a character that shouldn't be in the game, this is her. Jigglypuff is the second Pokemon in the game, and let me tell you, I could think of much better ones.
The one good point of Jigglypuff is the ability the sing and put the other characters to sleep. After you do this, you should put in some strong attacks while they're asleep.
The attack is her hardest attack to use. If right next to another character, it will send them across the screen. But, if you miss, you'll be asleep and won't be able to defend yourself.
Earn Jigglypuff: All you have to do is beat the One-Player mode in any setting. After the credits Jigglypuff will challenge you. Beat her and she'll be in the lower-right corner for you to use.
